Location is great but be aware there are rooms in relatively poorer location. The room is in the basement level and because there is no direct access to the reception (one needs to climb up the stairs to 2/F first, then walk down a few hallways and descend two floors to the basement at last), please remember to send a request to the hostel prior to the stay to avoid being allocated those rooms in the basement.

此家hostel環境相當整潔，宿舍房間寬敞 服務人員皆態度良好 唯獨hostel沒有可供房客使用的電梯(只有可供工作人員使用的，若需行李搬運，需告知櫃台人員)

Close to the old town just with minutes walk distance. The room space is quiet comfortable, and the public space is also perfect! But the only shortage is the noise from the street.

隔音不好 當有人反身 床搖很厲害

地理位置好！火車站行過去十零分鐘，一落去就係成條shopping同食野既街，仲有個小小既溜冰場！廁所同沖涼地地方成層有好多，唔會想沖涼既時候要排隊，同埋真係好乾淨！早餐選擇就少啲，得啲好basic既面包，cereal,boiled egg同橙汁咖啡個啲，可以再多啲野食。

距离老城区的景点都很近，步行前往即可，员工友善，帮我订了看鲸鱼的团，到的太早不能check in，前台给我一张门卡同意我使用厨房做早餐。 上铺的楼梯有些膈脚

Chambre privée avec sanitaires et pt déjeuner a 200m de la rue St Jean, a ce prix, c top. Et avec la cuisine disponible, on peut manger pour pas cher. Tres bon plan.

Location was amazing!! It's close to all the famous spot in old Quebec city. It was just too hot when I went in June. As the building is old they don't have AC. But they do have portable fan that you can borrow from the reception.

Had a great stay overall! The rooms, washrooms, and other facilities were clean and well-maintained. They also offer a free walking tour every morning. The hostel is conveniently located close to many of the famous attractions in Old Québec, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Everything about this wonderful, thoughtful non profit hostel/ hotel exceeds expectations. Including a sense of community. The location in old Quebec is incredible. We will certainly return.

Best hostel that I’ve been stayed in recent years. I stayed in a room with 4 female beds. The hostel is in a great location of old Quebec City. Many community space and great vibe.

Okayish but expensive for the price. Location is great though.

Fabulous location; within 10 minutes of the Plains of Abraham, the Parliament of Quebec, the tourist area, the cinema, and Chateau Frontenac. Room was excellent, with functional decor; bathrooms were clean, except for some exuberant guests at night. Breakfast was bountiful, and good (not your usual hotel breakfast). Had a pool table downstairs. ' The staff was friendly, and very helpful. Tip: if possible try for ground floor- or lower #ed rooms. (the higher the #s, the further away from the staircase).

would have preferred the ice machine available after kitchen closed but wasn't a deal breaker .
