The room was spacious and offered a stunning, direct view of the Matterhorn right from the window. The breakfast was good , and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, since my room was located on the first floor, the balcony area felt lacking in privacy. Although the hotel placed some plants to separate the spaces, the balcony is fully connected to the adjacent rooms, meaning guests next door can easily see what you are doing outside.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for the view of the Matterhorn

I choose the Matterhorn view room, it’s really good view from the balcony. The hotel provides a pickup service, so good for a luggage traveller. There is indoor and outdoor warm water swimming pools and spa, you can enjoying the Matterhorn view when swimming.

這酒店很好，地點方便，很舒適。對面就有小商店買零食，日用品，面包。 走幾分鐘就有餐廳。

Absolutely delightful. You can see Matterhorn as soon as you step out of the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff with excellent services. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

10 minutes walk to main station. Very nice view from the breakfast area. The room is spacious with a table and two chairs. No air conditioning from the room but at night it's cool enough. Better to stay at upper floors.

Quiet and comfortable. Located in the middle of Zermatt, which is easily accessible. the draw back is the hotel is located next to the cemetery and the reception close at 10pm.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el spa tiene muy buenas instalaciones, la ubicación está perfecta para ir a esquiar y a cenar. El restaurante es bueno y la gente muy amable.

O spa é excelente. E com belas vistas. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização central. Quarto confortável, apesar da limpeza não ser o forte.

The room had a spacious balcony terrace ( room 202) that had a Matterhorn view. The room had a comfortable bed and wonderful duvets. The room smelled of new wood and was spotless. The hotel is connected to Slalom Ski shop where you can rent skis and bring your skis directly to the ski locker room that the hotel provides as an amenity. The hotel is connected to a good restaurant with a wonderful staff. The restaurant also has a terrace outside with Matterhorn view. The hotel has an amazing spa with an indoor and outdoor relaxation pool, two saunas, snow room for cool down and two rooms for relaxation areas. The location is perfect to walk to ski lift, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and museum. An absolute perfect Location and amenities.

위치는 당연최고였고, 침구도 좋았고, 따뜻한 스파도 최고였다.
