Ok, but a bit expensive for what it offers. Breakfast is very limited and only starting from 7:30 am. Good parking availability.

Very nice eco hotel. Access at night should be better indicated (no lights) . No low fat milk/yoghurt option unfortunately

Loved our stay!!

One night stay while visiting local business. Room was warm and comfortable. Spent a few hours working at desk with beautiful view of Alps out the window. Enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant and food was delicious. Very pleasant stay and well recommended.

Quiet location. Helpful staff, patient with English speakers

I do not recommend this hotel for business travelers. Some observations: - It was located a 20-min drive from Neuchatel's center; there were no services in the neighborhood - Rooms we built "economically", e.g., cheap materials, no TV - The bed was hard, and the single available pillow was old and about 1" thick - At the dinner salad buffet, I was charged the fee twice ($17), as I made two trips to the salad bar (instead of overflowing my plate in one trip).

Surprised to see a really well Maintained hotel in that area - Dowtown Heidelberg can be reached in about 20min by tram - which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Area is very calm close to a a few businesses - 2 min by car you have a good supermarket and a cheap gas station. Only downside was the lack of AC in the rooms (September 16 and it was really hot days) of Villa Vinino Appartments where I stayed - although a powerful fan is provided with the room. Really calm place, nicely decorated and well maintained - nothing else to expect as I had a car and for me was easy to go downtown in about 10-15min (about 8km ride).

the bedding was a bit hard and flat pillows but I think that is normal in this area. Comfortable room, hospitable staff, nice breakfast, good service, quaint location with easy access to 10.

Himmlische Ruhe, tolle Aussicht auf den Neuenburger See und die Berge. Zimmer zwar einfach, aber sauber und zweckmässig.

Only late breakfast and quite poor selection of food.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt! Ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbare Zimmer, der Hund durfte ganz selbstverständlich dabei sein, leckeres Frühstück - der integrierte Bioladen ist auch super. Herzlichen Dank!

Moment de détente Profitez d’un moment de détente et d’écoute de la nature . La proposition d’un forfait repas (type soirée étape) serait appréciée !

Un établissement accueillant et des chambres confortables et sans chichi. Eco-responsabilité oblige ! Attention toutefois à ce que l’eco-Responsabilité ne devienne pas l’ennemi de la sécurité. L’éclairage extérieur est très insuffisant lorsqu’il s’agit de rejoindre le soir les chambres sur pilotis. Un petit balisage avec quelques led au sol ne serait pas superflu !….

Belle découverte établissement calme propre et personnel très agréable

The hotel concept is nice and feels sustainable. The service was excellent and the view from the room is breathtaking. Especially for that price, I was a little disappointed about the bathroom which was quite small, made out of cheap looking wood and had poor air circulation. This could be seen on the wood.

Toujours agréable les séjours dans. Et établissement. Une petite remarque tout de même (déjà signalée) : Il y a très peu de visibilité la nuit tombée pour se rendre aux chambres extérieures depuis le restaurant. Il ne fait pas avoir de vue quelque peu déficiente !… quelques lanternes de balisage ou un lampadaire intermédiaire serait réellement bienvenu !…

Propre et accueillant Dommage que l'établissement ne propose plus de repas forfaitaire (type soiree etape) qui convienait parfaitement à la clientèle professionnelle de l'hôtel

Très bon accueil et confort Un pichet de lait froid en self service au petit déjeuner serait appréciable
