Very convenient location, good service and comfortable bed.

Gleich im Nebengebäude gibt es eine Bar. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es so laut, dass wir bis zwei Uhr morgens nicht schlafen konnten (und das Ende März, wo es draussen noch kalt war. Wie laut muss das im Sommer sein, wenn alle draussen rumstehen!!!). Frühstück war ok. Zustand des Zimmers (102) ist sehr alt, Vorhang verrissen und hing runter, Rolladenband war gerissen, die Badezimmertüre war verbogen und liess sich nicht schliessen etc. Immerhin war es sauber. Das nächste Mal werden wir sicher in ein anderes Hotel gehen.

Bedienung beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und damit aber auch leider das einzig Positive. Hatte keine grossen Erwartungen für diesen Preis und dennoch wurden sie noch unterboten. Einrichtung uralt, Matraze ähnelte einer Luftmatraze, kein Ganzkörperspiegel, Fernseher neben dem Bett in der Grösse eines Laptopscreens und geschätzt 20 Jahre alt. Man hätte ihn an einem Halter etwas richtig Bett drehen können, aber dann wäre einem der ganze Staub entgegen geflogen. Bettlaken zwar sauber, aber abgewanzt, kleine Löchlein und dort wo die Personen liegen so abgenutzt, dass man das an der Fuselbildung sah und spührte. Nachts kalt, zusätzliche Decke war nicht angezogen und voller Flecken. Kein Haarföhn im Zimmer, musste man am Empfang holen. Ausserdem sehr ringehörig und es hat ein Pub mit Karaoke im Erdgeschoss. Da kann man zumindest im 3. OG noch alles hören. Overall sehr ungemütlich und lieber 20-40 CHF mehr ausgeben für ein zeitgemässes Hotel...

Recepción excelente, pero habitación daba a la calle con bares nocturnos de St Gallen. Toda la noche griterio y música. Imposible dormir.

Christina and her husband are extremely good hosts and go out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location is superb!

They have a self check in machine that is very convenient. My room had all the basic necessities including my own toilet and shower, which I hear in some rooms, you have to share a communal shower and toilet. No air condition even though it was summer, although it was a little chilly when I stayed so it was a non issue. About a 10 minute walk away from the central station. Very friendly staff when it’s finally time to check out

Hellhörige Zimmer, ab 5 Uhr war die Nachtruhe vorbei

Clean, accessible from market square. Breakfast is good. I missed the notification from the hotel telling the office closes at 20:00 and need pass code to check in. I was confused at the lobby where I could not find anyone to respond in checking in the night time. The staff on the phone kindly assisted me for automated check-in from remote. Kind enough but needs some improvement.

チェックインタイムが17時となっていた念のため15時ごろに行ってみたがやはりドアがロックされている やむを得ず時間をつぶしそれ以降17時に行ったが同じ状態で入ることができない。ドアに書いてある電話に電話しても反応無し、エクステメディアアプリ記載の電話番号に電話したら反応ありマシーンでチェックインの由、予約番号が必要その場で聞いてなんとか入室できた状態最悪。

The staff were SUPER nice! They held my luggage after I checked out so I could tour the city. I would stay there again

Great location, simple standard. We had a room with a, door facing the main stairway. Very noisy. Tiny bathroom. Cheap hotel with central location. You get what you pay for.

Excellent location in central St. Gallen... good value and nuce inclusive breakfast. Shower and toilet very clean . Can recommend to stay here !

Efficient and quick check in. Very large room and bed. Great location but downside is huge road opening and constriction outside; taxis cannot get to this hotel. Large bed and shower section (separated but door-less. Nespresso coffee machine and 3 capsules at hand in room. Restaurant is good at ok prices. Great decoration and as a guest you get a 10% discount.

Pretty much on the Marktplatz, close to the Altstadt and Bahnhof. Self-check-in was exactly as explained on the email. The next morning, staff were very friendly over breakfast service and check-out. The room was clean and as described.
