客房風景絕美，側邊就是夢幻山坡。睡的床偏軟。洗澡有浴缸，可泡澡，有暖氣房內溫暖舒適。早餐豐盛，可頌超級大，酪梨新鮮，給得很大方。咖啡機的咖啡也很濃郁且多樣化。員工樂於幫忙，有遇到電梯壞掉，櫃台小姐幫忙提行李下樓。

It’s really clean, and most importantly the scenery is really spectacular!

Location is a bit far but quiet, which is 20 mins walk from train station or 10 mins bus ride which depart every half an hour, will have a free bus pass after check in. View and room is fantastic, recommend to stay in this area rather close to the busy and crowded main street.

Wonderful experience both at the hotel. The room had an amazing view, great breakfast and were delicious and great value-for-money. The staff was very professional, attentive, top-notch. You really feel at home thanks to them. We will definitely come back

搭公車到飯店很方便。雖然有一些年代感，但設備維護得很好。晚上在陽台可以看到滿天星星，早餐很好吃。

這邊的景觀非常棒，雖然離火車站有距離(記得做公車上山，不要拉著行李) 但是可以在陽台看到三個高山就一切都值得了

The view from our room and the staff were great but the breakfast was very basic and the location of the hotel was not so convenient. We did enjoy our stay and love the area but will likely stay closer to the village next time.

I would recommend this property to anyone wanting some peace and quiet with amazing views. The walk up the hill with luggage was a little exhausting but I would do it again! You can arrange a shuttle pick up on checkin and checkout. We would stay here again! We had to walk home from town bc the buses stopped early but it was only about a mile.

Beware the corporate nature of this property. Don't expect a customer centric experience. For example, when you arrive, you will be required to pay in full for your stay. During this process you will be offered the option to pay in CHF or US$. If you are tired and not paying attention after a long trip, you may select US$ which comes with a terrible exchange rate compared to choosing the CHF option. In other words, choosing a foreign currency materially increases the cost of your stay. I spoke with the manager of the property regarding the practice. He said he makes sure people make their own choice and instructs his employees to never make the choice for the guest. Unfortunately for trusting foreign guests, employees will also not tell you that If you choose to pay in a foreign currency, you will receive a terrible exchange rate. They are completely silent on this fact. This lack of transparency illustrates the property's corporate rather than customer focus. Fortunately, there are other properties that don't practice this lack of transparency and treat guests like valued friends. I'm not suggesting that you avoid this property. It is a clean property, with a good breakfast, and a magnificent view. I am sharing with you that this property takes a win/lose approach to foreign customers rather than a win/win approach.

Views from everywhere! Wonderful balconies and the quietest place i have ever stayed. Breakfast was also outstanding, and the staff most accommodating.

Nice hotel in Grindelwald. About a 10-15 minute walk to the town area for shops and restaurants. Easy parking behind the hotel. Decent breakfast options. Beds were comfy. Room a bit warm and no AC, but a fan was provided. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony.

The views from our room was breath taking!! If you are walking bring your good shoes. Bus does run by area but is a hefty walk with luggage uphills.
