Good location. Have to wait for 45 minutes for check in because the staff was having a break. No bottle water, we had to walk for a long distance to buy bottle water. No hot water boiling pot, too. The room has only one bed, no other furniture. All in all, the staff are helpful.

酒店总体感觉就让人很不舒服，房间内也没有烧水壶，卫生间排气扇发出很刺耳的噪音，随处可见的灰尘，总之除了位置号其它没有什么是让人舒服的，价格还不便宜

Location is perfect, right in city centre, close to old town, 3 minutes' walking distanceto Luzern main train station. Surely price went high during high season. Room is not big, but bed is extremely uncomforatble. Noisy outside cause people walked outside and made noise during mid-night. Staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever you need.

燈光不足，很暗。

The room is a bit small and I kept hitting the inclined roof of the room. The window at the top are with dust. However, the staff are helpful and kind.

Love the location so much, almost the Center of every turism point.

从火车站出来直走，过了桥再往前，过了公交车站，有个红绿灯路口，过马路对面，在钟表博物馆旁的小路进去几十米，右转的小巷里即可见到很小的酒店名的牌子。位置很好，就在市中心，周围景点购物点餐厅环绕，对面就是卢塞恩湖和著名的廊桥，风景优美，只是不好找。但在火车站的游客咨询处可以很方便地问到。房间小，挺漂亮。没机会体会早餐和晚餐。周日早上离开的，连服务员都不上班，由于是预付款，所以拖了行李直接走即可。

酒店位置很好，火车站出来过桥左拐就到了，步行十几分钟，我们住的是四人间，高低床，空间较小，如果是家人出游挤一挤性价比还是比较高的，有简易厨房操作台，但没有锅形同虚设，房间空间很小，但较整洁，卫浴有干湿分离。

地點真的很棒，距離車站只要五分鐘步行。櫃檯的小姐服務非常親切，親自幫助房客微波在超市買的冷藏食物，並盡力滿足各項需求。價格若是可以再降低一點會更好。

The location is good, and that is all. If you are traveling with limited budget, a hostel has better facility and the price is cheaper. If money is not of concern, add another CHF 50 or so and you will find a hotel that is a lot nicer -- in fact, I believe all other hotels are nicer. I regret staying here for two nights for my honeymoon. I don't know that gets into me when I booked the hotel.

The check in time is 2:00pm. But we arrive earlier, we would like to leave the luggages at hotel and check in later. But the reception counter opens at 2:00pm, we have to wait until it open. The room is clean and tidy, staff are friendly.
