房間清潔度很好，住起來很舒服，會再訪。

Very cozy and chill experience

這次蜜月特地選擇山景房，在房間就可以欣賞馬特洪峰⛰️入住前花了20/晚升級高樓層山景房，果然沒有讓我們失望，更寬敞更舒適的空間，早晨也不用出去人擠人，直接在陽台即可有最佳拍攝視野。

客房精緻，選擇有陽台的房型可以悠閒方便的看日出日落山景。 早餐為標準的歐式早餐，麵包、穀片、優格、水果、起司，熱食有炒蛋、香腸。

設施老舊，床單毛巾都有髒污，洗手台排水非常的慢，刷完牙就可以游泳了。房間很小想開行李箱都有困難，陽台很大，房間根本沒有11平方公尺。除了早餐好吃，方便看Matterhorn日出，不值這個價格。 P.S.如果帶大行李箱的旅客，建議訂車（額外付費），不然光把行李箱扛上飯店，已去你半條命。

酒店很好！但離火車站比較遠一點！還有走斜坡的！建議不帶太多行李

酒店房間非常舒適, 只是離車站有點遠, 如果要拉住行李的話, 會比較辛苦, 建議在車站外搭的士, 否則需要大約15分鐘時間, 路程中還需要行斜坡, 相對來說會比較辛苦

The view from the hotel is fantastic. I will definitely rebook this hotel if I returned to Zermatt again.

Reasonable price for stay.

景色優美，离火車站步行大概要十五分鐘，走捷徑要爬一個石仔路的小山坡，如果拖著大行李箱，建議由火車站搭的士過去，有機會再來也會選擇再入住

It's a good hotel, the staffs are friendly and the hotel is clean and cozy. We like it very much.

Property and services week fantastic. Local construction could be a problem if you slept in but not an issue while you're out seeing beautiful Zermatt! Breakfast were fantastic and are cheaper to buy once you get there! Really enjoyed the hotel and room with great service, great breakfasts, and a great price. Thank you!

Property was great! Staff were helpful and coffee was good. The spa downstairs was nice.. the whirlpool tub outside was only kept at 35 C so was a bit chilly.

The view was fantastic, the hot tub was nice (though limited hours of use) and the room was comfortable. However, given the rate we paid, we were surprised by how basic the overall hotel experience felt. There were maintenance issues with the tub and other small details that didn’t quite meet expectations. While the staff was friendly and made efforts to address the problems, the property ultimately felt more like an upscale budget hotel.

A short walk to the shuttle/ slopes and comfortable beds and nice hot tub
