Spacious and clean. Good mountain view and city view . Very near Schilthorn cable car and little bit far away from Murren - Lauterburnen station. It about 10 -15 mins walk from Murren - Lauterbunen station

Room is neat & tidy Food is good & delicious Close to the Shilthron gondola station

前台服务很棒，如管家般贴心。接待我们的Kleine非常耐心，对于我们的任何疑问都一一仔细解答，给我们留下了很好的印象。 我们此次居住的是山景房，天气晴朗时从窗户及阳台看出去的风景太美了。个人觉得虽然山景房贵一些，但是还是值得的。

Good hotel. staffs was nice and helpful. Room was simple.Location was convice if you want to go visit James Bond mountain, beacuse it was located in the end of Murren village.but from front to there was really long way ...please noted.

The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable. Nice hot shower too. The location is right next to the gondola station that you must take to get the town of Murren. We rode the gondolas to the top of Schilthorn Piz Gloria and visited the James Bond restaurant and got to do the Thrill Walk. In the evening we shopped at the local Coop and got food so we could sit on our balcony and eat while we enjoyed the views. 10/10 would stay again!!

I'm sorry to say we were quite disappointed. When we arrived it was quite inferior to a hotel we had been staying at the night before (for which we paid less). We like "quaint" hotels, but this was old-feeling in the wrong ways. The common areas did not seem like the photos- instead, dark and worn. If I had paid less, it would not have been such an issue and would have felt more "fair," perhaps. We were so unhappy that we decided to leave one night early, accept the $ loss and stay elsewhere so that we could thoroughly enjoy our precious time in Switzerland.

Breakfast was okay … lacked warm protein like scrambled eggs &/or bacon/cooked sausage, or warm potato, etc. For the relatively high price, tiny bathroom, super tiny shower, no real TV.

Location location location. Other than that I liken the accommodations to my sons dorm Room. Sparse and practical.

Das Hotelzimmer war im Vergleich zum Preis von > CHF 300.-- pro Nacht ein Loch mit einem kleinen Fenster, dem Lavabo im Zimmer, die Dusche und das WC sehr klein und die Sauberkeit am unteren Ende. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr bescheiden und im Vergleich zu den Bildern und den Bewertungen unterdurchschnittlich. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Bedienung im Restaurant eher bescheiden, da weder die Eier noch das Wasser aufgefüllt waren. Als wir sie darauf aufmerksam machten, hat sie eher schnippisch reagiert.

Alles Tiptop, Lage gleich neben der Bahn, feine gutbürgerliche Küche, kleines feines Morgenbuffet, liebevoll vorbereitet. Gerne wieder!

The service was very friendly. The receptionist Ben was very polite, helpful, and excited to see us upon arrival and check out. Comfortable stay and hotel restaurant had nice service by Gloria with flavorful food.

Our room was spacious with an incredible Mountain View and large outdoor balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you’re in that part of Switzerland.
