地理位置近，飯店主人老先生人很好，早餐不錯

Good location. nice breakfast serving bread, egg, cereal, yogurt..... Room is clean with balcony

位置很好, 離車站一點小距離! 但從飯店巷口出來就是熱閙商店街~ 我們是入住三人房, 房間空間攤開兩個大行李, 也不會影響走動

The hotel is close to Zermatt station. The room is large and clean. The staff is friendly.

Check-in was very smooth. The room was tidy and with a good view to the Matternhorn. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was adequate. When they know we are having an early hiking, they prepared breakfast pack for us. Wifi was speedy. Staff was friendly and nice. I will surely stay at this hotel again next time.

The 2nd time at Zermatt and the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel location is very good, close to train station and main street but quiet. Coops and Microsoft are close by. Host is very nice and answer your question and request with patience. Will select this one if I have chance to be Zermatt the 3rd time.

Simple, traditional hotel, but with very nice breakfast. Convenience from train station and close to main street.

There are some steps between the ground level and the hotel lobby, but there is no elevator. If you have heavy bags, you might need help. The size of the single room is acceptable. The sink is close to your bed, but not inside the toilet. The shower is a bit small and it might be difficult to even turn. The bed is too soft and those of you who need hard beds might have back pain after a night. The breakfast offers several types of food only.

離車站很近，附近餐飲購物集中，非常方便，去馬特洪峰也超方便。

Situated in the center of Zermatt, near the train station just 3 mins walk. 20 steps walk to the main street of Zermatt. Shopping sight seeing just nearby. Nice staff of the hotel coz the staff gave us a better prize while he saw our little family member was smaller than imagine.

位置方便，房間空間較少，有露台，可看見山景，早餐不錯。

飯店露臺很大,可惜到的兩天都下雨,與家人朋友在露臺上聊天賞景真的很棒,老闆老先生人很好
