The location, it was near the train station, but the road was really really steep, hard with big luggages. Met with 3 different staffs during our stay, 2 were friendly and helpful, but 1 was disappointed.

In the center of the city. Parking is free and easy. Quite and comfortable, 10 minutes to train station, city train and resaurants.

Good location, the staff was very nice and helpful.

A small but very cosy hotel. Apparently with long history and good location. The breakfast is rather simple, but in a family-like environment, which is so unique and attractive.

Hôtel sympathique bénéficiant d'un parking privé (payant) très utile à Lausanne. Situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville ou de la gare.

My room was not fully ready upon arrival. The staff was very helfpul in helping me fix a couple of issues and offering some compensation. Facility is impeccable clean. Hotel is well located. Price vs value is rather high, but this is Switzerland, after all. There is no AC except in the superior rooms.

Great location. Night staff was very friendly. We were able to checkin early which was nice. The Bed was dated. Unfortunately we were under the impression that breakfast was included; it costs $22; not anywhere near worth it.

Property very close to train station, via under street tunnel and up a flight or 2 of outdoor stairs. Very quiet residential neighborhood with trees, adjoining garden for hotel guests. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and attentively served by staff. Front desk was helpful and courteous with all our questions. Room was a bit small, but very adequate for our needs of 2 grandparents and one young grandchild. Beds comfortable, fan in room, windows for ventilation. Elevator was very helpful after hiking up and down the streets during the day. We will book again with Hotel Elite should we return to Lausanne. Thank you to all who made our stay enjoyable.
