Very good

Room and breakfast are nice. Buses on the weekend can be less frequent and the last one at 5:10pm which is slightly less convenient - however the mountain view is great. At check out, found out that the hotel charged around 5 Euro for a bottle of water on the desk of the room which was a surprise to me.

Meget venlige værter men meget kedelige værelser med kun en seng, et skab og et lille bord. Sengen var vanvittig hård og det er ekstrem lydt på hotellet så man kan tydeligt høre når nogen bevæger sig på de andre værelser på trappen eller snorker.

Wonderful stay in a well-located property right in front of Mt. Pilatus! Beautiful amenities and a tranquil and authentic experience! A strong recommend!

This was a nice and charming hotel set in a beautiful location.

Leider hatte das Restaurant wärend meiner Hotelbelegung Wirtesonntag. Ich habe es auch nur von Abeds 18.00 h bis Frühmorgens 05.00 h benutzt. Es war zu jeder Zeit sauber und ruhig.

I would like to add more stars; there are only five. This hotel is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Absolutely everything is perfect. We have to come back sooner than later.

This is Gem that located in deep natural beauty mountain of outside of Lucerne, it is highly recommended if you travel by car and relax in mountains surrounding incredible view

Very nice traditional Swiss hotel. Incredible views of the countryside. I found it to be very spartan with no TV and very basic bedding which was not very comfortable. The bath room is across the hall and not in the same room. Even though it listed “free breakfast” according to Expedia we were charged 15 CF per person per day. This was a nice one time experience but I would not stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised that Hammer was basically hotel for hikers and was located high up a narrow mountain road. We had a private bathroom and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves the mountains

It was really beautiful, the nature, the forest and the food at dinner was very good, in a word it deserves to go again.

Great views, short distance from lucerne Friendly stuff

A short walk from the bus stop from Lucerne. The staff were very helpful and patient with questions (spoke many languages!) The rooms are charming with unbelievable views. Although the hallway sensor light took some time to get used to it was fine. Food was excellent. We even got to see an amazing trio (Viola, violin and piano) followed by a champagne reception and 4 course dinner! Will definitely return!
