酒店職員熱情友善，房間舒適，露台景色優美，淋浴間寬敞，主動提供給expedia gold+會員免費迎賓飲品券，而且此贈券還不限飲品，平貴任選。

整體感覺非常好。房間很大很舒適，有露台，住頂層，可打開天窗看星星，很浪漫。浴室有喇叭可以播放歌曲，很relax。可問職員取水煲，酒店大堂亦有蘋果可以享用。 早餐選擇不多但味道還可以。餐廳可望到馬特洪峰，風景很好很優閒。 酒店很有特色，以山羊為主題。唯酒店與地鐵站較遠，約15分鐘路程。入住與退房皆有小車接送，有需要可與酒店聯絡。整體很滿意，可惜只逗留兩晚，未能好好享受此酒店。

We do not have enough time to enjoy all the hotel facilities, should stay 1-2 more nights. All staffs are perfect, they smile always.

Helpful staff to arrange shuttle picking up our luggages from station. The hotel is modern and clean, also providing great breakfast.

Their staff is nice and give me warm feeling. It provides free luggage pick-up service to and from the train station. Actually we just walk about 10-15 minutes to train station. Breakfast is good. The room is comfortable but it is a little bit dark. We are difficult to find things in the night.

The staff were nice, polite with smile all the times. The environment of the hotel was good and comfortable. It was easy to access, about 15 minutes from the station. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices, smoked salmon, croissant, cold cut were all delicious. It would be better if the waitress could help cook the eggs. Someone made the frying pan messy and so it would be better if a waitress can do it for the customers. We booked a room with Matterhorn view for 3 nights but the room provided was at the first floor and the view of Matterhorn was partly blocked by trees and houses in front. Upon our request,the staff was willing to change another one on upper floor to us for the following two nights when someone checked out. The view is perfect. But my wife and I kept sneezing for 2 days in that room, not sure if the room was dusty or what problem it was. The situation was much better only when staying in the balcony. Anyway, the stay here was great.The hotel also provided transportation service and took us and our luggages to the train station.

The hotel is located at a quiet area where is a bit far away from the central station, but the hotel would provide shuttle service. Overall, the hotel location is convenient. The hotel room is modern and decorated with traditional chalet style. It is very clean and tidy. The best attraction for this hotel is the complimentary afternoon tea.

Even thought it's a bit too far from the train station, the hotel offers shuttle to and from the train station. Every evening, the staff would come to see if extra towels are needed because we mostly would enjoy the spa after a day's outing. We also enjoy reading by the fire in the small hours of the morning because my toddler grandson has difficult time ajusting the jetlag between Shanghai and Zermatt. He loves the fireplace. The vegies, esp. green vegies (we, Shanghainese, love vegies), are scarece in the mountains, but they offer apples all day long, which at least sooths us in some way. The breakfast is excellent. The view of the Matterhorn from the room window actually is better than you are presently near the Matterhorn.

不得不说这里的服务很好，服务员很热情认真而且耐心，起了很早赶火车也把我们送到了火车站真的非常感激。唯一不好的就是隔音效果不太好

The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Ótimo café da manhã

This is our first time in Zermatt. This is a very good choice for ski season. We even can saw the Matterhorn every morning breakfast time from the hotel. The service is good. Kind and helpful.
