Overall is all good. The staff doesn't really speak English. Check out too early, 9-10 AM. Even though I booked for 2 nights, I still need to check out and out of the hotel, and it's very cold outside

Nice place, very quite, Onsen was Amazing. There's gym next to it. I hope the staff can speak better english 🙏
