Really excellent place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the connected cafe, Living Café, is wonderful and also staffed with a bunch of friendly people. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have a working desk in the room. That being said, they have a nice work area for guests.

The apartment is a great size, with a balcony, and the workspaces and meeting areas are very pleasant! The staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is very good and cool. I highly recommend it; it's always my choice in Santiago.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de uma grande avenida e há 800 metros de 2 linhas de metrô. O apartamento tem uma sala e uma cozinha muito bem equipada e com uma decoração bem envolvente e sofisticada. As toalhas de banho eram bem macias e confortáveis ao toque. A única coisa que eu preferia que fosse diferente é o travesseiro, pois prefiro de visco elástico

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we still believe it offers some of the best value for money in Santiago. The rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable, and very bright during the day (they may get quite warm in summer due to the large windows, but they anyway have air conditioning). The small kitchenettes are also very practical and come with the essentials you may need to prepare any simple meal. Having parking included in the reservation is another big plus and made our stay even more convenient. The restaurant is fairly small, but it offers a nice selection of dishes and the overall quality of the food is very good. The staff is also very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Santiago.

Most likely one of the best rooms with a balcony that I’ve stayed in before. Extremely well equipped kitchenette to support a bit longer stays. The area is very well located to parks and safe walking paths. The restaurant is an absolute 5 star in my books. I’ve enjoyed every meal, from breakfast to supper and the odd snack. Quality is just amazing. Will definitely select The Place for my next trip to Santiago. They were recommended to me by a friend and close colleague and I will be happy to do the same.

Super recommended due location, confort and cleaness. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast organization. The place is too small and also it is open to the general public and there is no enough tables to seat.
