The proprietor, Joe, runs a tight ship and is very helpful with getting acquainted with Tofino and booking activities. This old house is spotless with plenty of community space to hang out with other travelers.

First time in a hostel. Wasn't sure what to expect. The trek inn is super clean and provides a kitchen with all the appliances, utensils etc. Its a very secure place close to everything in town. Joe the owner? Manager? was very helpful in giving advice to which beaches to go and places to eat. Gave me a map and showed me how to get everywhere. It's a little different sharing a room with people you don't know and just met. But it worked out. I know they include breakfast with your stay but I had to check out before 830 when they start serving breakfast. The only thing I could say as a negative is I wish they took credit cards. But stil overall it was a great experience!

A lovely little place with a great host who will help you find your way around tofino.
