老板娘是宁波人，虽然一直说我们预订的便宜，但还是给我们免费升级了湖景房。房子蛮大的，一个二室一厅，一个三室一厅，还有阳台，可以看到哈里森湖，风景不错。楼下的车库要收费，附近有个温泉泳池，10刀/小时，也有中餐厅。

Very nice suite and clean. However, it was a bit hard to get hold of the staff when we had questions prior arrival. Probably because it was the travel season and there was not enough staff. Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful once you could talk to.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay, the best accommodations we have experienced in the 5 different visits to the area

Our group liked the property very well, but the communication only over the text and requests were some what delayed. Otherwise, it is very lovely place to stay in.

Nice place to stay on

The three bed suite was a great weekend base for six adults and two toddlers. Location was amazing and place was large and clean. Parking and check in and out were easy. The bedroom layout wasn’t quite what we thought as there was a loft bedroom with no door for one couple, and it wasn’t well equipped (no large plates, no chopping board). And there was no AC in the bedroom so it was so hot at night.

We were supposed to go to Kelowna for a couple of days but due to the fires, we had to change our plans at the last minute. Everything at lake view suites was great, location, accommodations, etc. we will definitely be back!

Perfect for families

Its nice place with good view. Didnt like the extra charge for parking without notice. I only found out on my credit card statment afterwards.

Towels, pillows and beds all need improvement. The beds are cheap and very creaky, the pillows cheap and flat, the towels cheap and tiny. We were missing toilet paper. There were only three mismatched wine glasses. More care and attention to details and higher quality products would go a long way.

We stayed in a lakeview suite. It had plenty of space for 6 people ( 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms). We liked the modern decor.The balcony with a table was very nice. We wish the window screens had been dusted. There were lots of cob webs on them. Otherwise the suite seemed well-cleaned and in good repair. The check-in and parking were easy. Great location one block from the lake. Would stay again.

Great view and nice beds. Glue on one if the chairs in the.luvibg room and washing machine had soap all over the front. Only.one plug for three bathtubs we had to share.

Nice place for a family of two.

Property is in great location, unit spacious and this is the second year we have stayed. Unit and property itself showing lots of wear though. Our unit had not been properly cleaned and the electric fireplace was so noisy that it couldn’t be used, making it hard to keep the place warm. Not well stocked in terms of dishes and cookware was well used. Internet was terrible.
