The whole is very good, but the room was small, WIFI received no signal in room

Roaches. Dirty sheets. Poor security/door locks. Do not recommend this place.

Hotel bien ubicado, muy limpio, pero descuidado en cuanto a mantenimiento: las tomas eléctricas sueltas, por ejemplo, pueden causar accidentes.

Es muy básico para lo que cuesta

Ma. Atención desayuno lento, ruido de el aire acondicionado que no se ha dormir toco apagarlo y aguantar calor

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, pero los cuartos están muy viejos, el aire acondicionador botaba agua por todo lado, el agua de la dicha no era caliente, y los cuartos no son limpios.

Pésima no había atención solo hicieron aseo un día de tres había ratas y por la noche cierran y no puedes salir por poco y pierdo mi salida al aeropuerto porque no había quien me abriera la puerta TOTAL NO ES RECOMENDABLE NO VAYAN

The staff at the hotel was great, and the overall comfort level was reasonable and expected for the accessible price. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and the hotel can be quite noisy due to the absence of windows in some rooms, which allows mosquitoes to enter. Additionally, it's important to note that the amenities, such as the pool and lounge area, are open to the public until 8 PM, which is when the center mall (where the hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floor) closes to the public. If you're looking for a stay with the basic needs, this hotel would be it.

Mold everywhere, mousy odor, holes in the door where covered with paper and tape. Flies in the shower…. Many others things. It should not be at Expedia hotel list….. I also thing they charged me twice for the Room. I feel terrible embarrassed with my wife which was my travel mate…..

Hotel sencillo pero limpio y comodo

La atención fue muy buena. La único malo es que en la página dice que tienen desayuno buffet, cuando no es así, sí incluye el desayuno más no es buffet.

This is my home at Tulua, The staff is like my family. If I woke up late, either way they offer my the free beakfast.

I’ve been there for several times.. great location, amenities, professional staff. Incredible location.

ENTRE LO NORMAL TODO MUY BIEN

Habitaciones muy pequeñas con un "mini" baño totalmente incómodo y ventanas inutilizables porque estaban los compresores del aire acondicionado de otras habitaciones, la pared que divide las habitaciones parece de cartón y pasan todos los ruidos y conversaciones ajenas. Muy mala atención de las recepcionistas, tienen una actitud displiscente y descortés; es rescatable la atención del personal de la terraza/piscina, quienes fueron amables. Mucha demora al momento de servir el desayuno. Aseo regular. Como no pudieron imprimir la factura prometieron enviarla por email y no lo hicieron. En general una mala experiencia por lo cual no recomiendo.

This was my second stay at this hotel as there are not many other options in Tulua my experience was better this time around. It is a no frills hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Es un hotel muy lindo, limpio

Mucho ruido en el hotel, el colchón muy incómodo.

Me pareció demasiado costoso para lo que es, los baños están totalmente desbaratados. No hay asiento en la taza del baño. Todo se está derrumbando en este. Adicional toda la noche la Sra de la recepción se la pasó hablando con un señor y no dejaron dormir en toda la noche. No volvería y mucho menos lo recomendaría.
