There were very loud people disrupting the sleep of several rooms, and staff dealt with them in a calm but very firm manner. Several helpful stores (Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Food Basics) are adjacent to the property. Quite quiet, given its location.

This was my second stay there this year. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds.

It is used as a government funded aid for people that are making illegal sales all day and all night. The rooms are not sound proof in the least terrible experience. The rooms are not how they are presented online

Overall the room was fine. The room was clean, the bed was a bit noisy but fairly comfortable. While the towels might be clean, they don't look clean. They are old. There is a central hallway and people need to be reminded to be quiet after hours, voices carry into the rooms.

The parking lot was not good but it was a terrible winter. No vending machines that worked. Room was very clean and bed was great.

Room was warm and clean. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, black mold in the tub and rust on lighting fixture.

Fridge is making a lot of noise at night,soap is so bad and small and toilet seems is leaking,the rest are perfect.

The hotel was very dirty, had to wipe toilet before using. Hinge of toilet seat caked with dirt and what not. Lamps and plugs full of grime. Towels were grey in colour was supposed to be white. Bedding was stained and actually dirty. Friut flies. Bed was rock hard.
