酒店設施一般，可能小鎮物資關係，但環境一流，對住個湖睇日出。7點鐘坐船遊，酒店6:30預備定早餐在私人露台享用。正。

Our room was on First floor, there is no lift/elevator. The owner Roger was very helpful with baggage. Parking onsite is limited, however, there is plenty street parking. Roger arranged his friend to take us on Boat tour of the Lagoon. This was fantastic experience. Breakfast is basic and filling, not fancy. Restaurants in the village are few.

Petit village de pêcheurs. La chambre est grande. Elle dispose d'une terrasse commune et vue sur la lagune. Le propriétaire nous a fait garer dans son établissement.

Petit hôtel très agréable face à la lagune. Propre, bonne climatisation, Wifi, ambiance routard… Les excursions proposées sont superbes et de bonne qualité. Une belle escale dans un village de pêcheurs du bout du monde, très attachés à préserver l’écosystème.

Todo bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

En la app y en Google maps aparecía que tenía desayuno, llegamos al hotel y preguntamos por el desayuno y el señor nos dijo que que no había desayuno, solo café si queríamos.. de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Pros: Location is decent; safe with on-site parking and good views of the lagoon. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff (Roger, I think) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but was brought up to our balcony which was a nice touch. The shower worked (our friend’s in another room didn’t) and we had plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the property is dated; the toilet seat was broken and didn’t fit properly. It was quite the challenge to use the toilet. There were quite a few bugs (tiny ants mainly) by the window in the shower. There was quite a bit of road noise. This was kind of unexpected given how small this town is and the location of the hotel, but it was a challenge sleeping due to cars and motorcycles passing at pretty much all hours of the night. I recommend a sleep mask and ear plugs. There also was a common area right next to our room and several guys were out there partying pretty loudly until about 1am. We were in the front room upstairs on the right if you are looking at the hotel from the street. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Was it the worst place I’ve ever stayed, no. If I come back to Rio Lagartos would I stay here again? Probably not. I think there are better options and I would be willing to pay a little more next time.

I did not personally have an ocean view, but the people I was with did have that. It was very lovely. Great stay and no problems.

This place is awesome! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. AC unit is newer and quiet and deck is large and sheltered with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The breakfast was excellent too, fresh coffee, toast and preserves and sliced fruit. The host was very nice and definitely hire the guides associated with the hotel, Arielle was awesome, very knowledgeable and spoke great English 👍 We stayed in the suite over looking the waterfront, really nice :)) Make sure to head out into the biosphere as early as possible, we went at sunrise and saw lots of wildlife before it got busy and too hot.

Das beste ist der Blick von unserem Balkon auf die Bucht. Die großen Zimmer zur Lagunenseite sind gut. Auf der Gemeinschafts-Terrasse gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen, ebenfalls mit tollem Blick auf die Lagune. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn es Sonnenschirme geben würde. Vom Hotel Punta Ponto sind alle Ziele leicht zu erreichen.

Værelset var okay , hvi vejret havde været bedre , det er ret utæt , så det blæste ind og temperaturen var ret lav . Udsigten var fremragende Værten var absolut venlig , men havde ikke sans for at det var så koldt , at der burde have været flere tæpper på sengene . Min ægtefælle blev meget forkølet , det tog 5 -6 dage før han var ovenpå igen . Toilettet var et lille problem , det havde meget svært ved at fylde cisternen op efter skyl .

This hotel stands out as the best value I’ve seen after years of staying in mid to low range Mexican hotels. My room was the quietest I’ve had in Mexico, on the 2nd floor with a well furnished terrace looking out over the water. The room was bright and spotlessly clean. The two complaints I see the most of in reviews are: no hot water and uncomfortable pillows. NOT the case here! Super- comfortable bed and pillows, lots of hot water. A very nice continental breakfast with a thermos of coffee is brought to you on the terrace each morning by Sylvia or Roger, the very friendly management team. Roger arranged a boat tour for me with Ariel, an extremely knowledgeable licensed guide and naturalist; well worth doing.

Staff were courteous with limited english, but friendly. Property in a perfect location. Room pleasant, but needed some maintenance like fixing the bedside lamp AND a toilet seat that fits the toilet!

Tout était comme prévu.

Un mot: désuet! Une porte moustiquaire brisée, un siège de toilette trop petit pour la toilette ( s’y assoir est risqué), des lampes de chevet sans ampoules, t.v qui fonctionne mal et un déjeuner pauvre. Rapport qualité-prix décevant! Aspects positifs: lit confortable, bien situé à 3 minute du terminal d’autobus et l’option balcon permet une vue sur la lagune.

Excelencia. Todo claro desde indicaciones en recepción. Instalaciones bonitas, bien conservadas y limpias. Seguro. Y a una cuadra de la calzada de los Frailes. A unos pasos de l convento de San Bernardino.

More than we expected. Would definaltely go again.

Bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor, on the toilet seat and in the room too. Breakfast was very poor, 2 slices of bread, a coffee, no milk and half banana. no eggs, no proteins, no choice of anything else or extra.
