Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Numa. Easy check-in/out, clean apartment, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of space, great location. The staff is responsive and helped us with everything we needed.

Almost everything was great, the refrigerator needed some cleaning which we did, not a big deal. Could have used better instructions for the laundry so we weren’t wasting time. Person on site was friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ta tenere in conto che non c'è una recepiton e tutto è automatizzato ma se non si hanno problemi ad usare la tecnologia risulta tutto molto facile e pratico. Su whatapp ricevrete codice pin per l'accesso e avrete anche modo di personalizzare il vs soggiorno (noi per esempio abbiamo pagato un piccolo extra per.un check out tardivo e pagato un extra per il cagnolino che viaggiava con noi. Il nostro appartamento era bello e spazioso e aveva piccoli extra essenziali che si sono rivelati molto utili. Nell edificio è possibile depositare i propri bagagli gratuitamente in specili lockers e lo abbiamo trovato molto utile. La zona era perfetta, con bus e metro puoi andare ovunque, a pochi passi un bus diretto per la.stazione centrale ma vilendo in 30 miniti a piedi raggiungi il centro con una piacevole passeggiata. Viaggiando col nostro cagnolino avremmo gradito trovare una ciotola e una piccola cuccia o cuscino per lui. In generale è stata un'ottima esperienza.

Although the price is high but it worth the price

Amazing property close to Mariahilf shopping area. Traditional Viennese restos close by where we tried ale. Schnitzel. Amenities in the apartment are top notch. Very spacious and provided necessary items for a very comfortable stay (washing pods and dishwasher tabs, coffee pods) The sheets were very nice and the pillows were wonderful. Stove and washing machine need clearer instructions. We pressed random buttons and managed to have it work but we wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. Stove was locked so you need to press the up and down button simultaneously to unlock and then you can use the induction stovetop. Overall, would consider staying here again because we enjoyed it thoroughly!

These are very nice apartments which are brand new and nicely located near the main streets with bars, shops etc… . However few things to beat in mind: Apartment are not cleaned daily. Once a week we’ve been told. EVERYTHING is digital (online). There are no physical concierge, the access works with codes. If there is a tiny problem, you can’t talk to anyone right away. The procedures to talk to someone has to be done via an apps or WhatsApp request. The apps is quite poor as you are discussing with a virtual assistant! so if you want something like cleaning or vacuum cleaner etc… you just give up. I managed to talk to a real person in the end but it was after a long waiting time. Painful. But apart from that, everything is great. Might come again but now I know how it works. Expensive for what it is. There are better irons nearby.

Vi fick tyvärr byta boende och fick reda på detta morgonen för incheckning. Vi har heller inte fått någon ersättning för detta. Vi blev alltså avbokade från det stora rum vi initialt bokat och flyttade till två små rum på annat ställe

Perfect location, so close to shopping, restaurants and cultural sights; well-renovated apartment building; and very helpful staff.

Very nice modernized apartment. Only change would be adding a microwave. Everything else works as it should.

Love the washing machine and the kitchen..location is perfect. Has grocery stores within 3 mins walking

Très bien situé

Really easy check-in process as with all Numa properties, lots of communication and seemed to have staff on-site in case anything went wrong. Location is central - next to the aquarium and five mins from both Mariahilfer Str and Naschmarkt - but no noise.
