The room was clean, great size and in a perfect location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.

Good location near city center

The staff was helpful and kind and the room clean, but there was visible water damage on the hallway wall outside the room, the shower didn’t drain well and there were missing shelves in the bathroom. Also, the website says free parking, but that’s just street parking, of which there is none in the middle of the day and the street is a nightmare to drive down. It is an excellent location is you just plan to walk, however.

Walking distance of everything, gratuity staff, clean and cheap. Also, this is one of the coolest cities in Europe! Enjoy!

Clean room, air conditioned, outside balcony

Hotel was fine. Parking is difficult if you’re renting a car or driving otherwise. There’s essentially no parking at all which becomes a problem in the busy downtown center. The hotel room I stayed in was very basic, probably not worth what I paid. If you are looking for something nicer, skip it and go elsewhere. It did the trick for me, and the staff was as helpful as they thought they could be.

Very well located hotel, but it can be better maintained. The balcony was shared and also no lift to go to the upper floors (we were at 4th floor) with heavy luggage

There is no elevator and the breakfast is not included.

When I booked the hotel, it was stated that breakfast was included (on Expedia); however, when I asked for breakfast, the staff said that I needed to reserve it for an extra cost. Otherwise, it was okay considering its location and price. I must say that if you search more, you might find better options (breakfast included).
