Had low expectations and had booked based on location, was greatly surprised and very impressed with the stay. Great towels and very effective heating made big impacts.

Lovely host, very clean. A bit retro (has new carpet and a recent looking renovation) which gives the bonus of a very large unit.

Easy access and drive from Picton, after 4pm arrival on ferry.

After 8.30 pm arrival from the Interislander – the owner was very welcoming. Unit was comfortable, clean, quiet and good condition. It is just off SH1 so you have to be prepared for some road noise, but got a good nights sleep.

A lovely comfortable motel. Everything you require for a nights stay.

Spacious bedrooms and lounge. Unfortunately no coffee tables in lounge to put cups/glasses on. Beds in single rooms too spongy and bathroom configuration very tight but overall very happy with a comfortable one-night stay and would use again.

It's a perfect place to be calm—trees, flowers, birds... The host is amiable and kind. I had a wonderful time and want to return here again soon!

We were well cared for here as we were unwell. They even collected some groceries from the Four Square for us. Thoroughly recommend it.

Shower small and little pressure and toilet needed updating , loud outside when trucks drove past/ double glazing in front windows?

Very good customer services. We had a very late book in. They had the room ready for us with heater on. Only issue was the showers. Not very good water pressure and very low shower head.

Bit of a 50's throwback but clean and accessible. Great camp if you're exploring the area.

This is a GEM of a property located near several nice nature walks. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The apartment is very nice - clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would love to go back and stay again. To me, Broadview represented the best of NZ!

Lovely well equipped apartment, even had complimentary cookies. Bed was very comfortable. Just what we needed for a rest on our way up the coast.
