Our stay at Viñas Queirolo felt incredibly romantic, almost as if it transported us into another reality. The property is simply breathtaking—serene, beautiful, and perfect for disconnecting from the world and immersing yourself in the surroundings. The staff was warm and attentive, enhancing the sense of comfort and tranquility throughout our visit. Having stayed in quite a few hotels across Peru, I can confidently say this ranks in my top two so far. Everything about our stay was exceptional, creating an experience that felt both magical and unforgettable. If I had to recommend something is just be aware of the drive here don’t recommend at night. Overall, I highly recommend Viñas Queirolo and would absolutely return for another enchanting escape.

Conhece o ditado: "Por fora, bela viola, por dentro, pão bolorento". Infelizmente, essa é a sensação. Sem dúvidas, o hotel tem excelente estrutura, com edifícios e piscinas belíssimas e bem projetadas. Porém, os pontos negativos nos fizeram esquecer disto tudo. Logo na chegada, já tivemos a primeira má impressão. Como hóspedes, tínhamos o tour pelo vinhedo e degustação incluídos no valor da diária. Porém, para nossa surpresa, isso significava a necessidade de pagarmos por um táxi para nos levar até o mirante da propriedade. Detalhe: custo aproximado de R$70,00, sendo que havíamos pago R$40,00 pelo táxi desde Huacachina, a 15 km da vinícola. Obviamente, abrimos mão desse "regalo" e, pelo que soubemos de outros hóspedes, a degustação nem mesmo vale a pena. Outra situação vivenciada foi a tentativa de cobrança, na chegada, de valores correspondentes a um imposto destinado a locais (18%). Por total e incabível desconhecimento acerca da validade do RG de brasileiros para fins de isenção do imposto, solicitaram cópia da passagem aérea. Parece piada! A falta de preparo é sentida no restaurante, já que não sabem informar sobre ingredientes, não sabem observar a necessidade, por exemplo, de reposição de alimentos durante o café da manhã (em 30 minutos, não vimos ovos mexidos, mesmo solicitando). O motivo é a má gestão. Nosso destino era a visita à Viña Tacama, esta sim, muito profissional e com vinhos de qualidade. Na próxima, iremos direto do resort de Paracas, este, sim, impecável.

The whole property is simply beautiful. It is a vineyard and winery (pisco distillery really) “old hacienda” turned into a hotel. The building (hotel, rooms, restaurant, gym, chapel, distillery) is all in the vineyard. Some rooms overlook the vineyard (gorgeous). The staff is friendly and professional. Food was delicious (local and international dishes. The pool is perfect.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage,wunderbare informative Tour in die Weinberge zum Aussichtspunkt.Zimmer schön und sauber,hervorragendes Essen.Wein günstig und sehr gut ebenso der Piscosour.Personal super freundlich.Nur das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger sein.

Hotel muito bonito e organizado, apesar de ser um resort e não um hotel de charme. Piscinas bem tratadas, jardins e vinhedos lindos, peças antigas na decoração, quartos grandes e bem limpos, staff muito simpático, excelente restaurante e por ser uma vinícola, ótimos preços de vinhos. Vale a pena a visita.

It’s a small oasis from the busy world. It is a place to relax and enjoy the food, pool, fireplaces and the vineyard. A beautifully run resort. The tours and special dining are A1. Special thanks for Alex in serving and Yajaira, sommelier, for a great wine pairing experience.
