Poca calefacción. Regadera con poca intimidad. Desayuno pobre.

everything and everyone very nice in usgar, only exception was the heating system in the room that wasn't working properly.

Excelente hotel en Cusco, cerca al mercado de San Pedro en el centro histórico, cómodas y limpias habitaciones, pero en especial el personal a cargo de la recepción muy atento brindando el mejor servicio

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is also very conveniently located in the Cusco center.

Great location. Less than 10-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and in a relatively quiet area. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Ótima opção em Cusco! Excelente localização, quartos confortáveis, banho quente excelente! Café da manhã Bom. Só o Wi-Fi nos quartos não era bom, mas mesmo assim valeu muito a pena! Recomendo!

Muito bom o hotel, limpo, aconchegante, um ótimo café da manhã e muito bem localizado, com certeza ficarei mais vezes quando voltar a Cusco. Podem ir sem medo!

La calefacción no funcionaba en la habitación. Y con el frío que hacía era un problema. No arreglaron la habitación durante las noches que nos hospedamos.

La estancia en el Hotel Usgar San Pedro Boutique, fue excelente, el trato del personal fue maravilloso siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad de los huespedes. Sobre toda la ubicación se encontraba en el centro. La unica observación era que no tenia mucho acceso a Wife. Con respecto a todo lo demas fue maravilloso.

The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had issues with not having enough hot water.

Staff was average. Room was clean . They didn’t keep the water jug filled in the lobby . They need a real water cooler and a pitcher for the rooms. Breakfast was good . Very convenient to the town .

I left my apple wall charger and cable in the room .they refused to send it to me I want it back

with no windows. The property is cute and the staff was good just our room was strange.

Professional staff. Easy access to stores, restaurants and historical sites.
