这个地方没有提供正确的入住指南。没有工作人员解答我的疑问，比如淋浴间的刷卡在哪里？入住时，工作人员也没有指导我如何刷卡，而且刷卡也不起作用，我不得不等里面的人开门才能进去。 如果提前到达，即使提前一小时入住也要收取500日元的差价，这非常不合理。 这个地方也没有提供冷热水饮水机。 我预订了3晚，只想取消最后一晚的住宿。但这里不允许我取消，而是要求我取消整个预订，然后只重新预订前两晚。如果我这样做，我就不能在同一天再次预订这里了。 这里的取消费非常高，而很多其他酒店在免费取消期之前都不会收取取消费。 这里的淋浴间也很窄，而且不干净。洗手盆也很小。 总的来说，我不会再预订这家酒店了。当然，我也不会推荐其他人来这里住。

The location is nice, very close to the station. They have a cafe on the 1st floor, however, my experience is not nice while staying there. The floor is quite dirty, I saw so many trash in the stairs 😖. The lift sound was very noisy, the stairs to the top bunk beds are very dangerous, and the hallway is very narrow because of the bunk beds' stairs. I think it could be improved.
