Amazing staff! Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and they even gave us a bunch of tips for our trip. The hostel is nice as well and very well located. The only thing I would rate badly is their pillows! Really bad pillows on the bed that made it slightly hard to sleep since they were so thin. I would invest in new pillows! Otherwise perfect!

Amazing welcome and staff !! They know their city so well and were always so accommodating and friendly. We loved the tapas dinner and spectacular fado concert, we met so many great travellers here. Everything was very clean and well organised. The evening tea service after a cold but wonderful day in Sintra was just perfect. Will be back to see more of the city and to visit this hostel.

Très bon accueil de l'équipe avec des explications pour faire les visites. En revanche très bruyant et odeur de canalisation désagréable dans la chambre. Pti dej basique mais sympa. Attention beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder aux chambres.

Très bien ! Plein des activités. Staff très très performante et gentil.
