Great location & excellent value for money.

Great place and perfect location to explore Bucharest! We had a Junior Suite but I wouldnt call it a suite, just a nice double room with very small kitchenette (kettle, fridge and microwave). 5 minute walk from University metro station, multiple places to eat and drink close by and a short walk to old town. Nice small swimming pool with hot tub and sauna. The hotel felt quiet overall. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, lovely apartments and spa facilities. Would it be helpful to be offered new shampoo every day, as just 2 small shampoos where too little for 2 people for 3 nights. However, overall a vary nice accommodation

Lovely aparthotel and room located just minutes walk from old town & other sightseeing spots. The room was a good size and offered plenty of amenities, the heating worked really well which was such a great thing during this weather. The hotel also had security of a night that helped makes us feel secure. Only negatives are, they don’t supply enough shampoo and won’t refill unless you pay (we were here for 4 nights) would’ve been better to communicate this with us as I would’ve packed extra instead of having to pay hefty tourism prices . Pool was closed which was upsetting as we booked this specifically for this. The sofas in the reception were disgustingly stained needs a bit of TLC.

Great room, clean and a reasonable size for the price. Was lovely having the pool and gym free to use downstairs too! Also really convenient to get to the university metro station, just a 5 minute walk away. Just note, the hotel does not use key cards and instead emails you a code at 3pm to check in, so you won’t be able to check in early as it is an automated email!

Great staff and helpful holding luggage before or after a check-in.

Great place central to everywhere staff in desk lovely but of strange smell thoughout but once we settled in room and opened wimdows was grand poor area beautiful but sauna not on (not sure if u have to book it and pool/jacuzzi not very warm ) room small but had everything in it we needed and to be honest we werent there to spend lot time in room so did job price fantastic would definitely recomend

The crew at breakfast area were extra helpful and entertaining. Nice quiet place. Pool is awesome but many people use.

Property is clean the only downfall was the pool area and gym wasn’t clean enough .staff was polite and helpful.

The app we booked through had mostly 10/10 reviews so seeing how many bad experiences people had posted about on here, made me question my choice in accommodation. As we had used £100 of Tesco vouchers, we’d have lost these if we cancelled the booking. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival; The apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable, location was easily accessible and reception were friendly. However, reception staff go home before the evening, leaving security on site. On night two my opinion changed entirely At 10pm I was running the shower, when there was very loud banging on our door. It wasn’t a knock; but a continuous and aggressive banging, intimidating enough that I told my partner not to answer. I had no clothes on as I was just about to shower and felt extremely vulnerable. The person banged again, harder and repeatedly shouted for us to open the door My partner asked who it was as they hadn’t declared themselves, the person only banged and shouted again and again to open the door. My partner said he’s not opening the door as the person was immediately aggressive and didn’t say who they were or what they wanted. I even got the number up for police because I thought this person was going to enter. After my partner repeatedly asked what they wanted , they finally said it was hotel security. My partner asked again what they wanted, as there is no key hole to check who it was, it was very scary. If there was a peephole I’d have asked for ID. They kept s

The property was nice and centrally located. Old Town was moments away as well as parks. The room was clean and they set up the expectation that you get room service every 3 days. In the standard room with a balcony there is a kitchenette that does not include a sink but the bathroom is directly off of the kitchenette making it easy to do dishes with the supplied soap and sponge. We only used the pool once during our stay as we had excursions planned but it was kept clean and there were plenty of towels. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered and the attending staff was amazing. The property offers parking but since we were coming and going we took our chances with public parking which was not much of an issue, you may just have to walk a short bit and make sure you pay daily to avoid a ticket. There is graffiti around giving a somewhat intimidating feel but the area is wonderful and everyone was courteous and friendly. We did encounter homeless folks who used an alley that lead to the public parking to relieve themselves but otherwise kept to themselves. Overall great stay with easy check in and out. The security guard we encountered upon arrival was very helpful. Although we did not have any issues it appeared that someone was always available at the front desk.

The location is superb and our apartment was very comfortable and modern. I loved the self check in which went very smoothly and the convenience to all major attractions.

Excellent stay here. Slight hitch with the online check in but easily and quickly sorted. The apartments are in an excellent location. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful - especially the lads in La Lup at breakfast. The breakfast menu was great, included a cooked dish plus buffet, toast and coffee. The room was quite small but perfectly adequate, nice bathroom and comfy bed. It was very clean. The pool was nice, I found it clean and tidy. The whole building was clean and lovely. Great location too. I would highly recommend

The receptionist was extremely rude and everything was too much effort even booking a late check out.

Wonderful stay, comfy bed and easy check in-out process

We had a luxury 3 bed apartment which was perfect so we had our own space to chill and relax. Had a fabulous local food tour on the second day travelling on the bus and tram and going to the local market highly recommend. Pool and changing areas were really scruffy so complained and cleaned a little day after but pool still black scum around the edges so didn’t use again which was a shame as this helps you chill after walking around the town. Apartment was perfect location - very comfy and clean - most places closed at 10 but you can order food to be delivered which we did.
