We needed a hotel close to the CTA airport and Palazzo Sangiorgio is exactly that, about 15 minutes away. It's not in a glamorous location and the hotel is not at a luxury level, but it's clean, well managed, peaceful and quiet. Everything in our room worked perfectly and we were easily able to park to unload our luggage, drive to the airport to drop of our bags and return so we would not need to stress returning the car before an early morning flight. The hotel is an easy walk to the main Piazza, shopping and dozens of restaurants. Catania is not a particularly beautiful city, but worth a stroll and surprisingly busy with tourists. The hotel thoughtfully had a bag packed with breakfast food when we checked out at 6 a.m. as the breakfast room did not open until 7.

Overall, have been to nicer hotels (and nicer cities for that matter) but, and it's a big one, the hotel staff was exceptional across the board, in particular the reception team. Truly super helpful and accommodating and it was greatly appreciated. Hotel also has a nice outside area where you can grab coffee and drinks pretty much all day long, we've spent a good amount of time there as it was pleasant. We didn't make it there but spa looked nice too and the prices were incredibly fair. Within walking distance to all the main attractions and the restaurant right across from it is phenomenal. If you do stay in Catania, you won't regret staying there.

If you’re a tourist better off staying away as they will hustle you to get more money out of you one way or another. However, location and cleanliness is good.

Everything in the room was meticulous.

Great apartment and location centrally located in Madrid. A better option than getting 2 hotel rooms in my opinion. Hosts are very responsive and i will be happy to stay here again when i visit Madrid. Great cafe for breakfast/lunch right across the street too.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer!

What a beautiful hotel. It’s in a terrific location. Oh, breakfast is included. WOW! So many offerings. It’s all delicious. I ate too much. Lovely space outside to eat your first meal of the day. We stayed 3 nights and reserved one more night before we head home. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop. We didn’t use it but what a way to unwind after a long trip. There is also a spa to massage. I hope you’ll stay there while in Catania.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet area approximately 6 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo in the city centre. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is delightful. Breakfast is fairly standard continental style. The Elite room is a touch of luxury and is worth the slightly higher price tag. I’d highly recommend a stay at this hotel in the heart of Catania.

Nice, clean, and stylish hotel with a good location and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The only downsides were that the breakfast selection was quite limited, and there is no gym/fitness facility in the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.
