Excellent customer service, excellent hotel! We had such a great experience. The room was so clean and well organized. The location is just perfect and most importantly it’s very safe

The flat was quite comfortable and a nice space. There were a couple of downsides however... Unfortunately when we arrived there was quite the infestation of ants in the flat. When I raised with management the response I got was to ensure I empty the rubbish - keeping in mind this is 15 minutes after we checked in. I will also mention that the flat is not very quiet. You can hear EVERYTHING. Like the tv show your neighbour is watching, every time a toilet is flushed, washing machines running.

Location is amazing. Could have used more coffee pods.

Easy check-in! Beautiful view of the Ferris wheel from my window. Cozy interior and clean. Quick and friendly conversation with Emilie when I had an inquiry over email. I stayed there for business during off season so it was relatively quiet and safe in the area. However, as with all historic buildings, the noise can carry over with other guests closing their unit doors or taking the elevator. The bed mattress in my room was a spring bed, and it was a bit difficult for me to sleep on but overall I still had a good rest. Would stay again on my next visit :)

We have been impressed with this beautiful place: clean, new, safe and located right next to the main city square. Any question we had, was answered promptly with a solution. Looking forward to staying there in the future. Would definitely recommend!

I paid for the luxury apartment and got a room that was literally a bachelor's pad with the bed facing the kitchen, honestly expected more from the photos, and when i emailed my concerns i got no reply back

Great location in Old Montreal, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Bedrooms were separated by a well appointed kitchen and sitting area. The only problem there was the coffee maker didn’t work properly (crushed the pods), but there are coffee shops not too far away. Checked in online and received door and elevator codes by email. All went smooth with that.

Traveling solo to a city I had never been to before meant I spent a LOT of time searching for the PERFECT accommodation. This was it. I received all the codes for entry on the day of arrival. They all worked flawlessly. There is a code for: the main entrance to building, the elevator and your suite. This made me feel extremely safe. The suite was clean, stylish and minimalist and had excellent amenities - full kitchen, dining space, living room, bathroom and washer/dryer (Coming home with a suitcase of clean clothes? MAGIC.) The black out curtain and low hum of the Air Con ensured I had amazing sleeps each and every night. My suite (103) had windows facing an inner unused courtyard so even though the location borders on a busy area of Old Montreal, there was no street noise at ALL. Communication with the owners was kind and prompt. The location was ideal - walking distance to MANY amazing options for coffee, food, art, corner stores and shops. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I come to Montreal! Merci! xoxo

Perfect location for a short or longer stay. Walking distance to entertainment, shops, museums. Great selection of restaurants for every taste - less than 5 minutes walk. We absolutely loved the apartment and all the accommodations! Property staff were super responsive and helpful. Received all access codes and instructions prior to check-in. Very clean, light and beautiful all around. Whole heartedly recommend!

The apartment was great. Just as pictured. The location couldn't be better. We prepared simple meals. A cutting board and knife would have been helpful, but we managed. The biggest challenge was dropping off our bags and parking, as the attendant is on the 3 floor, not the lobby. Despite this, we would definitely return!

Our first room had an issue with the plumbing and the drain in the bathtub would not drain properly and water backed up into it. There was an unpleasant odor as well. We were able to move to another room the next day which was very nice. The staff was helpful and communication was great. Even with the original issue I would recommend staying here. Right in the heart of old Montreal!

great location, amazing view

Great location, in heart of old town. A bit noisy at night but thats the tradeoff of being in prime location. No ability to control temperature - very warm on sunny day. Minimally, should have portable fans.

Easy check in/out. Beautiful city with lots of things to do. Hard to communicate with the property, we ran out of toiletries within first 2 days of a 6 day stay. We happen to randomly cross paths with a staff member one morning.

Unique decor that made it feel more like a very nice apartment than a hotel Centrally located in old Montreal I’d stay here again when visiting Montreal

I throughly enjoyed my stay & highly recommend anyone who wants the luxury of a 5 star hotel in a more intimate apartment space.
