Beautiful view good bed

I paid but left after 5 minutes. The app posting is very misleading. You’re in a spare bedroom in a house in a residential area. Nothing in the driveway to indicate you’re in the right place, just a sign saying you’re on a video camera, as if you’re an intruder. You’re way up a hill outside of town, far from anyplace to eat or get a coffee. You do NOT have an en suite bathroom. It’s located down the hall on the opposite side of the common area. There is no tv in the room. There’s a small flatscreen in the common area. Same for the mini fridge and microwave. More like a hostel than a b&b. Supposedly a continental breakfast in the morning. Doesn’t the second “b” mean BREAKFAST? You’re expected to take your shoes off when entering with a pile of Crocs against the wall. I was wearing lace up hiking boots. Sorry, I’m not going to take them on and off just to get my bags, etc. I am not putting on some stranger’s skanky Crocs. This is Canada, not SE Asia. We can wear our shoes in the lodging. As the above points were revealed to me one by one, I became more and more annoyed. Keep the money, I don’t care. It was worth it to me not to spend a night totally po’d.

This was the perfect place for our staying at Nanaimo. It was close to parks for walking in, very quiet and spacious, and the view was spectacular! We loved our stay here.

Breakfast was extra. We didn’t want to take the chance.

Fabulous ocean view and fantastic sunrise. Spacious suite, loved the heated floors. Gracious host - we booed last minute and he still made us breakfast.

This large and lovely home is situated in a serene upscale neighborhood north of Nanaimo proper. My girlfriends and I rented two rooms. Both rooms had spectacular, unobstructed views. Charles, the owner/manager, was a delight. Some beautiful beach walks are only a five-minute drive away, but would not be easy for 70 y.o. knees to walk to due to the steepness of the road up the house. Also, come prepared with any snacks, as there are no convenience stores nearby. We would definitely visit again.

this beautiful B&B house is really good, host is friendly and helpful , good breakfast . Only the location are little bit difficult to find, but GPS can show the way easy.

This place was amazing with the the most incredible views from the deck. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Our host showed us our rooms and was very nice and accommodating with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again!
