Staff were awesome and although most didn’t speak English we communicated some through Google Translate.I stayed for 3 weeks and they went out of there way to help with tours etc.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento muito bom , a Senhora que serve o cafe muito prestativa. Da para ir a plaza das armas andando . Recomendo a todos.

Stayed here multiple days. The room was always cleaned and the staff was always beyond helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Cusco
