Everything was great!

Fantastisk modtagelse og ja spa området er slidt, men det ser ud til de begynder renovering i næste uge. Indtil da 4 stjerner, og derefter 5 stjerner

Health spa and thermal pools are wonderful. Great front desk staff at check-in and checkout (Gyula)

The hotel is great. The spa is very nice. The inly problem is that most of the elevators were out of order during our stay.

The room was not clean and the soap was empty so we couldn’t even take a shower. The young gentleman at the reception was very rude. The pools are soooo dirty and crowded with outside guests because they sell the spa pass separately. Watch out because they overcharge you and steal your money if you’re not careful. I wouldn’t stay here if I was looking for a safe and peaceful stay. They also had construction going on and the food at breakfast was very bad.
