A pesar del precio de este alojamiento, su servicio es extremadamente limitado. Regresamos a las 11:00 de la mañana de una carrera y el hotel no tenía ninguna opción de comida, ni desayuno, ni almuerzo, ni un sánduche sencillo o algo así. Inaceptable para un establecimiento con esos precios.

Los servicios como los juegos adicionales para los niños estaban en muy regular estado y su costo no ameritaba lo que eran. Falto personal para atender a las personas, aunque el poco personal que habia fue muy amable

The check in process was awful. The hotel staff attempted to have me cancel my reservation which had been already paid, so that the hotel could charge me additional for what they claimed were “taxes.” The taxes were paid with my reservation. Once the hotel staff determined that I live in the United States they wanted to add additional fees to my reservation. The hotel staff wants me to pay additional for my two rooms that I reserved, I paid $211 for the two rooms and they want me to pay $260, initially they claimed the additional fees was because I was international, now they claim there are additional taxes, lastly they claimed it was because my mother decided to join us on our trip (she was not included in the reservation). They also called in the phone asking me prior to checking in asking me to pay cash as they knew I was coming from the US. This is unacceptable! The hotel should not be listed on Expedia due to their predatory and downright shady business practices.

Excelente estadía, confortable. El trato del personal muy bueno. Area de piscina, hidro, sauna turco, muy acogedor y bonito. Definitivamente recomendado⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El lugar espectacular, las instalaciones preciosas, lo único malo fue que el clima no nos ayudó mucho y no pudimos usar la piscina, como recomendación se podria cubrir la piscina para un acceso ilimitado.

Hosteria was extremely clean, there were people constantly cleaning around the property, the registration lady was very helpful , food was excellent, this is my 5th visit to chorlavi, twice staying in rooms and will definitely come back next time I visit Ibarra

Lots of things for kids to do like mini-golf and scooters. The food was not very good and the jacuzzi was not big enough for the size of the hotel nor was it very hot.

La atención fue espectacular, gracias a Sofia, gracias al chef, gracias a todos por su amable atención y cariño en las personas del aseo, nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
