No recomiendo el lugar. El desayuno es terrible....Yo encontre un pedazo de resorte metalico entre los huevos revueltos. La duena del establecimiento nunca reconocio su responsabilidad...y al final decidi dejar el lugar y no presentar una demanda formal.....

Hôtel vieux service pas agréable

Nice place, but somewhat misleading. Pool is a public pool, not only for guest. They don't provide towels, you have to bring your own. Sheets on bed had dirt on them, rooms were small for the price. If book thru hotels.com, you must pay cash on arrival, they don't bill hotels.con

Super helpful owners and staff. Very little English, but we used our phone translator. I don’t think the web makes it clear, but they have a large pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, cold pool, sauna, and steam room!

My wife and I arrived on a Monday to be the only guests so we had all the nice facilities (saunas, hot tub, cold tub and swimming pool) for ourselves. There was silence and a clean room, just what we needed. The personnel are kind and attentive.

The owners were extremely helpful, the spa and pool is open to the public and can be quite busy and noisy. But we were able to enjoy the steam room and sauna. Town is within walking distance , we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only negative is that it isn't in the heart of down town. It is in a neighborhood.

Very clean hotel with a pool and hot tub not far from the market and many restaurants. Very nice staff that made us a good breakfast each morning of our stay. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Close to the market an easy walk. The owner was really great and the outside really misleading...a sauna and cold pool for after, a nice hot tub, and the big surprise an indoor pool. VERY CLEAN and well managed. Very personal service better than a big hotel and breakfast cooked for you individually. My best stop in Ecudador for the value.They do not yet take credit cards so have cash...this was a great value and I will stay again when I return to Otavalo....really a good experience!!!!

We had a room with private bath. Web site only mentions shared bathroom. Nice pool etch.
