No COMMUNICATION. NO one called me and everytime I called they did not have my room available. The manager instructed me to stay at another hotel until the next day.. The next day another manager informed me no rooms would be ready until Wednesday. I called Tue, Wed, Thur, Friday and told to call back the next day.. No rooms available. No call back nothing. Now Expedia and InTown will not even pay the cost of staying at another hotel at the last minute! Not even at least pay what I was going to be charged at InTown...and I take the loss for the difference.
I hope Expedia understands I am not at fault here yet Im sure Expedia will say the same thing.
I know there are circumstances but damn not even an apology nor help to get another hotel. Really bad from InTown and Expedia.
Shame in both of you. This is definitely a Tiktok or social media posting.
