客房乾淨舒適豪華，雖然1樓的河景被很高的大樹擋住了但還是十分舒適，吹風機好用，櫃檯親切而且可以寄放行李，早餐選擇豐富（熟食有點少）可惜三溫暖時間無法配合所以沒有體驗到。整體來說價格雖然不低但值得這個價格。

第一次去不好找，找到以後發現離火車站很近，走路不到10分鐘。這個城市的消費極高，飯店非常貴而且很少，房間小的可憐，是為了要去湖區交通都在這裡轉運。公共區域比較舒服，需要熱水要到公用區域才有。早餐種類很多，咖啡很好喝。

早餐非常多樣，服務非常友善

雖然已有200年歷史，但已改建為清潔整齊現代化風格，距離車站步行10分鐘內，附近有麥當勞，超市，也有著名的甜點店，十分推薦。

Good place to stay. The bed is very comfortable! The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is very close to the train station, which made our visit to Hallstatt very convenient. Our room was very big and tidy. Although the hotel is not equipped with air conditioning, it was not so hot at night and we could still sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious with plenty of choices. A pleasant stay!

酒店处于小镇的中心，离zauner甜品店只有几十米，房间不大，视野也不好，但胜在清洁

The check-in time at 3pm was a bit late and the hotel didn't provide any slippers, toothbrush to guests, but it needs to charge Euro $2 per a pair of slippers.

位置很好，对面就是皇帝御用点心店Zauner咖啡馆，种类很多，非常精致，看着就喜欢。酒店后面是特劳恩河，很适合散步。小镇安静漂亮。

Das Zimmer entsprach den auf der Website dargestellten Fotos nicht. Dieses Zimmer ist zudem in den öffentlich zugänglichen Bildmaterialien des Hotels nicht abgebildet. Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden.

Çok iyi otel herkese tavsiye ederim .

호텔은 리모델링하여 깔끔합니다. 그러나 냉장고가 없으며 조용이 어둡습니다. 벽뷰인데 외부에 거울를 달아 거울을 통해 강뷰가 보입니다. 그리고 최고의 강점은 방음이 좋으며 조식 퀄리티가 좋습니다. 캐리어 보관용 락커가 무료로 사용할수 있어 좋았습니다.

전망이 아주좋고 위치와 접근성 및 주차가 편했고 좋았어요

Our room had a really nice view with the river and mountains. Super convenient to train station, shopping area and eating places. Staff were also nice.

This hotel is excellent and in the heart of Bad Ischl. 10 min walk from the train station. Idyllic town and scenery.

The family room had plenty of space for me and my two adult children. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast included was very good! We ate dinner at the restaurant and there were many options and the food and service was good.

The two girls that helped me out were extremely helpful and kind. One was a bit newer, the other had been there a while. They went out of their way to let me in the gym until they closed, as well as helped me out with tea, and recommendation. I didn’t have wifi in my room and they did their best to get the wifi situated in a way that helped me. I didn’t end up getting better signal, but it was the effort on their part that showed me they were willing to go above and beyond. Close trip to Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl itself was beautiful. Wish there were more open food options but if you look hard enough or ask for recommendations you can find a couple good ones. Great location right by the water, restaurant had a fantastic steak, and breakfast buffet was also very good. Will return one day.
