They say the people make a holiday and this is most certainly the case. We have been coming to Lourdes for years and were worried after COVID that the experience would be different now. We it was, the welcome we received was the warmest my wife and I have received, nothing was a problem, location is 2 minutes slow walk to the sanctuary, and the hotel staff could not do enough. We arrived by car and were able to park at the door to unload and load and were given a map to show us how to get to the free car parking. A great stay, a Hotel I would recommend to anyone.

I so love this hotel Irlande... United States citizens, stay at this hotel, it’s clean, simple, the staff is awesome and it’s very close to the entrance of the grounds for the Basilica. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Lourdes.

Hotel was de €100 niet waard,enige goede is de lokatie,erom heen zijn betere hotels voor bijna de zelfde prijs. Bed te klein 140cm en te laag

Hôtel avec moquette au sol. Très mauvais pour les allergiques comme nous.

Fort bruit de tuyauterie toutes les 30 secondes toute la nuit, impossible de dormir
