Bonjour, j' ai été ravi de mon séjour à l Hotel Hibiscus Blvd Triomphal, tout d abord avec Émilie qui s est occupé de moi depuis le départ de ma réservation et jusqu'au moindre soucis que je pouvais avoir et qu elle a réglé , elle sérieuse et professionnelle et super gentille,j ai beaucoup apprécié..Aussi merci à Audrey, Jovany et Emeric pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse ainsi que l équipe en générale.Ma chambre était faite tous les jours, super propre ,donc agréable d y rentrer après une journée bien chaude car climatisée.Encore merci c était un super séjour 😄

I booked my stay there from december 8 to December 12th. I got the confirmation number and email to confirm my booking. I called the 4th of december and spoke to someone. They told me that the booking is fine and should not be a problem. I landed in Libreville and I drove to the hotel on the 8th of december at night. I was in chock and surprise by the reception and other people there to tell me that they do not have my name and they do not have any other room available. I did not even get to have an apology or better explanation from these people. The situation was so unresposnsible, unprofessionnal, not wise, not ethical and not respecting the agreement that you have with the booking websites. I made a complain and I heard that this hotel is custom to have left people out even when they have a booking in place. Hotel.com, expedia all the platform should seriously considering reduced the visibility of this hotel location because they put more priority with people coming in person than someone who has a booking for days or weeks. I was extremely disapointed by the welcome and the outcome of the situation because they did not offer anything else to me than just the hotel is full, basically go find yourself another place to stay.

A normal hotel with great staff, but not super clean. It was not bad all in all, just not european standard. But thats can be expected for the price in Libreville. So I would stay again. The only thing that I found a bit annoying is that walking from there was difficult because of the road. But people usually take taxis in Libreville and they are abundant.

The room was noisy 204 is on road side wass music until 23 h night , power cut several time , the bad experience is 8000cfafor breakfast that is completely humpty at 8h30 is scandalous, service is bad when you request something they look like you are from mars. No milk no coffee, eggs wass finish the reception is good they are verry kind and help ful but the restaurant need hygiene check and better training how to be focus on client

Water is always available for bathing and flushing, water boiling system for bathing is Okay What i dislike is no bottled water for drinking, the hotel of that status should have at least one free bottle water for drinking on daily basis. The television inside my room is not functioning for Three days. The Telephone inside my room is not functioning for all the days that I lodged in the hotel. There is Cockroach Insects inside the Hotel.

J'ai passé un séjour absolument formidable dans cet hôtel, et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui passent par Libreville, que ce soit pour affaires ou autres. Une expérience mémorable garantie !

Hébergement moyennement recommandable. Personnel courtois, disponible et serviable. Il est regrettable cependant que certaines réclamations concernant le remplacement des ampoules ou néons de la salle de bains ne soient pas prises en compte comme si cela n'etait que des caprices du client. L'eclairage adéquat de la salle de bain fait partie du confort dont le client a besoin pour se raser en toute sécurité ou parachever sa toilette.

Very neat rooms and well maintained facility. Worth the amount paid. Staff are very friendly and some of them speak good English. Will stay in the hotel again
