预定了双床房，给我的是大床房，我反馈了以后，换了房间。因为房间在楼上，没有电梯，也没有服务员帮忙，所以服务不是很满意。其它都是比较中规中矩，价格不便宜，性价比不高。

Room was clean offered tea coffee and cookies bar had good selection rear privite car park property and rooms have plenty off character evert thing you would need and more

Rooms are clean and convenient

The are amazing nothing is too much trouble. Rooms really clean and well maintained. The place over all I’d highly recommend and definitely go back.

Nice hotel but the rooms are in need of renovating. Staff were great apart from the very sour receptionist! Very abrupt and not a sign of a smile. Really great breakfast but they forgot our order and we waited for 40 minutes whilst guests who arrived half an hour after us were served. Just to top it off - 3 items missed off the order. We were already late so couldn’t wait for the extras. We were then charged for a coffee despite only having half of our breakfast. So all in all, a nice hotel but a bit tired.

Excellent welcoming staff, Josh the GM is super friendly as was Harry who looked after us during supper in the evening.

We had a really lovely stay full of nice touches, even homemade cookies in our room.

Spacious room, great location near the train and bus station. Restaurant is amazing too.

The bedroom was cosy and warm although rather dusty. I wanted to have a shower, but the bathroom ( which was in another area) was very cold. I stood in the shower for several minutes freezing until I realised there was no hot water. I didn’t want to use the coffee machine because I thought it might not be clean. I lifted the leaver and an old coffee pod dropped into the bottom chamber which had lots of liquid residue so my assumption was correct it hadn’t been cleaned. Fantastic location right in the heart of town though. Car park was full so I had to drive around a few times but was lucky enough to get a space in the end. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere because the buffet was probably the worst choice / selection we’ve ever seen at a hotel for that price, although the full English sounded reasonable.

Everything was perfect apart from the shower which was tiny and difficult to use. It also overflowed on to the floor so I had to use all the towels to mop up the water. The rest of my stay was excellent.

Brilliant breakfast. Cosy, clean room. Great location for catching a train.

プレミアムダブル又はツインルームで予約しました。 当初、通されたお部屋は広く、バスタブ、冷蔵庫も有り 良かったのですが、バスタブにお湯を入れているといつまでたってもお湯にならず、ベットはシーツが敷いているだけで、掛布団も毛布もなく、フロントに苦情を言ったところ別の部屋を用意されました。部屋は半分の広さになりバスタブ、冷蔵庫もなく、シャワーの水圧は最悪。ちょろちょろしかでないので風邪をひくありさまでした。部屋の暖房も部屋では調節が出来ないため非常に暑かったです。 2泊したので、2泊目は元の部屋にしてほしい旨たのみましたがボイラーの調子が悪いということで、結局2泊狭い部屋になりました。お詫びということで夕食をご馳走してくれましたが、部屋代金の返金はありませんでした。田舎町の古いホテルということで、ある程度は覚悟していましたが、旅行の思い出が半減してしまいました。

The room was spotless and the staff was very efficient and helpful. For our first visit to the Cotswolds. Food was excellent and the Wild Mushroom pie was incredible.

The receptionist was surly and rude to another member of staff in front of us. The room smelt musty as they need a window in the bathroom (not sure why they had to cover it up), woken by the council recycling truck collecting and dumping the glass bottles from the large bins. As room 14 is in the yard area, we experienced builders and the bin men from 8am. Only good thing as the bed was comfy. BUT Would not recommend

A very good Pub and Stay. The staff were very helpful and informative throughout. The room was very good except for lack of heating in the lounge area and the towel rail in the bathroom was never working. But the rooms were in good condition and kept clean and well serviced etc. We only had 1 evening meal but they were excellently cooked and good choices for all and as previous the staff were very good. Parking was a bit tight but we got a spot 👍
