Some towels and bedsheets/duvets were missing, and it was problematic getting new ones as we were checking in quite late. Your «reception» told us to enter a room with a code, but there was only one duvet, and no sheets. The bedroom in 102 had no ventilation of any kind, no window, no ceiling fan, floor fan, ac, or anything. When the temperature is 28C outside, and you have warm nighttemperatures, that is quite unbearable. Would suggest installing some kind of ventilation in the bedroom, or else you cannot close the door.

Boendet ligger väldigt bra placerat nära Stortorget mitt i Gamla Stan. 4 trappor att bestiga vilket inte är perfekt, men inte heller ett problem och fullt förståeligt med tanke på husets ålder. Boendet var rent, fräscht och modernt. Hade behövts en styrbar AC eller fläkt då det blev väldigt varmt när vi skulle sova. Som tur var gick fönster att öppna så man kunde vädra, men det var fortfarande för varmt. Smidigt att kunna använda mobil eller passerkort för att komma in i trappa och lägenhet.

The space was exactly as was listed. Amazing location! Instructions for check in could have been a lot more clear, but I could easily reach someone by calling the number provided, and they were very helpful!

Fabulous location, close to the royal palace! However, taxis cannot take you straight to the hotel door, so you'll have to schlep your bags over cobble stones inbound and outbound. We took a small room with no window, and small it was: not even enough floor space to open our suitcases, so we opened them on the bed, unpacked (ample storage, including under the bed) and then closed and stood them up on the floor. No hangers in the closet. No elevator, but the hotel did honor our request for a room on the ground floor since we're old. The bathroom was very nice if oddly arranged (the toilet paper holder was not adjacent to the toilet). Great shower. Very hot water.

The apartment was right in the centre of the historic old town which meant you were right in the middle of the popular sights and restaurants. You can walk everywhere from here. The only warning is that the cars cannot drop you at the door and you walk some blocks on cobblestones and there is no lift ( we were on the third floor) but that comes with staying in a historic building. The apartment is small and well renovated but has limited kitchen facilities, however we made tea and occasional breakfast when needed.

This is the worst place to stay if : You are travelling with luggage !! Cabs are not allowed to come to this apartment Location is good but beware of the misleading pictures - the rooms are small with zero amaneties RV like “wet shower and toilet combo “ Avoid at all cost - !

Great location! One of the best in Stockholm. In the middle of old town, many cafes and restaurants, walking tours, and more. Apartment was clean and spacious for 4 adults with luggage. The pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was self check in process. Some other hotel guests had trouble understanding how to check in if they ended up at the 2nd location first as the hotel is split among two buildings (about 1 min walk from each other).

We used this facility with other family members but we both booked separately. Whilst I received a mail detailing how to check in on line, my other family member did not and if I had not managed to attach the electronic room key to my wallet, we would not have been able to get into the building to then sort out room keys/book in properly. There was a phone number to ring but checking in could be much better. There are a lot of stairs - we were positioned in a different building and there were stone spiral stairs - we were on the 4th floor! Please also not there is not much room in the bedroom. However the beds are comfy. We did think we were going to run out of toilet paper (only 1 roll was in the room on arrival) however as we were staying 2 nights, on the 2nd day, a plastic bag appeared by the door of the room with some fresh towels and another roll of toilet paper. Would have been better if 2 rolls were in there in the first instance. This place is in an excellent location in Gamla Stan close to restaurants, bars, places of historical interest. Please note if you need a laundrette, the nearest one is 27 mins walk away in Stockholm. Easy to find but it’s a shame one of the rooms in this apartment complex is not a laundry room for guests to arrive. Overall, very pleased with this accommodation!

Our experience here was an absolute nightmare. The check-in process was chaotic and completely disorganized. Nothing in the booking confirmation indicated that check-in took place in an entirely different building. We were left stranded on the sidewalk with our luggage, calling and ringing the intercom repeatedly, waiting for someone to answer or for a random resident to let us in. Only after finally getting inside did we discover the actual room was in a separate building, crucial information they completely failed to communicate beforehand. To make matters worse, the room was a top-floor attic accessible only by four flights of incredibly steep, difficult stairs. I booked this stay for my elderly parents, aged 75 and 80, and my father has two leg prostheses. It was physically impossible for them to haul their luggage up. They literally had to unpack their pyjamas on the spot and leave their suitcases in a locker in the other building because their own building had no storage space. A great location means absolutely nothing when management's communication and logistics are this abysmal. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances!

Perfekt lägenhet för 3 personer med bra läge och närhet till både t-bana och restauranger och butiker mm.

Sisäpihan rakennutyömaalta kuuluva meteli häiritsi aamulla ja aamupäivän aikana merkittävästi. Muuten sijainti oli aivan täydellinen. Keittiön varusteilla kyllä pärjättiin mutta esim.ruokailuvälineiden(lusikat) määrän voisi tarkistaa riittämään 4 henkilölle. Muuten huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Henkilökunta vastasi sähköpostin kanssa nopeasti kaikkiin kysymyksiin,joita meille vierailun aikana tuli.

The room was very nice but the toilet bowl often had a bad smell

The room did not have a window (this was not indicated on the Expedia listing). There is also absolutely no ventilation system. No window and no ventilation meant a hot, stuffy room with smelly air. I would not even put prisoners under these conditions.

Great location and apartment. Next time, I will make sure that I contact the property in advance as there was no pre-arrival instructions for property access and it was quite stressful to have to call and try get access. Also, the property has no elevator so be aware if you get upper floors and have a lot of heavy luggage. The stairs are very steep and narrow.

The property is located in an excellent location in Gamma Stan, directly across from the Nobel Peace museum. The rooms are stylish and clean. There is a virtual check-in process that proved to be unnecessarily confusing. Our room, although nice, was entered through a side ally in the basement of the building with shuttered off windows. I would recommending staying in one of the upper floor rooms.

My wife and I had a good stay for 5 nights. The location was excellent, right near the main square of Gamla Stan. The beds were comfortable and the location was remarkably quiet overnight. It was nice to be able to make breakfasts and some simple meals in the apartment. We only had to contend with one flight of stairs - higher floors could be a challenge with heavy luggage. The electronic check-in worked OK, but was a bit unclear prior to arrival. The property seemed expensive for what it was, but everything in Stockholm is super expensive. The apartment met the description in the listing, but the kitchen was very minimally equipped, the bedroom was barely big enough for the bed and the bathroom had an off smell coming up through the drain. All in all, I would recommend.

Stayed there for 3 nights, they never came to housekeeping in the room and never answer the phone when called

l'appartamento ha tutto, la stanza da letto è un po' piccola e manca una presa elettrica. nel complesso è un bel posto dove soggiornare, per nostra abitudine risultava un po' troppo caldo (maggio) per cui abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte quindi entrava parecchio rumore vista la posizione centralissima. le tende delle finestre andrebbero sistemate, non funzionano
