A good place as a hostel. Very close to many things and transportation.

It was a new experience sharing/rooming with other people. The first night, I was placed with males, because I didn't realize that's what I had chosen when I booked. The next day, I was able to move to an all-female dorm, problem solved!

Great staff! Making improvements. Good rooms.

They've making great upgrades and doing well. Staff is growing, which will help. Rooms were in good shape. Id stay there again.

They really came through last minute when A previous reservation failed me. Very social and hospitable group of staff. Very convenient Futuristic innovative technology also used to ensure safety. I'd stay there again.

The staff members are friendly and the place is close to many different restaurants and in a main boulevard from the city with transportation options to take you to the vegas strip and freemont street experience is not far away 😉..recommended and wound comeback on a solo trip

No Cooperation from lady manager to switch bed , even when down bed is available, I still had to climb ladder which is difficult to climb for most of people After 2 days staying at top bed( when bottom bed is still empty, and lady receptionist didn’t listen to my couple of requests) the other man manager in eveving allowed me to go down No soaps are provided for shower, buying small pieces of soap are sold for 3 dollars, better to bring own owns shower gel or at least soap But breakfast was good, coffee always available for most od time from 8 am to 11 pm in night Easy accessible area to The Strip and Fremont experience in downtown area, Close by to local buses Overall poor rating

Staff was awesome and friendly and all other patrons were respectful of shared spaces.

It was good for it being my first time being at a hostel. A lot of homeless around (of course y’all can’t help that) there always a few things that were a bit off. I was placed in a room and I was the only female luckily I was comfortable and ok with it that just seemed odd. And the other thing was I kept having to shut my door cause one of the gentlemen kept leaving it open but other than that it was pretty good. I enjoyed meeting new people and would have no issue rebooking in the future

The staff is amazing and very attentive. This is my 2nd time staying there, since my 1st time last month. I recommend this place.

It’s walking distance to stratosphere but may require interactions with unhoused people.

Too noisy. Room smelly

Too noisy between 2-3 am

Although I had booked and paid a month early, when I got there, they denied me access. They had no bed for me in their hostel. I was booked in women's dorm, I want my money back. I had called them twice before my trip, but they did not tell me anything about the problem.

Room was very smelly and gave me stuffy nose and cough.

Conveniently located close to downtown (walking distance) and on major bus route to either the strip or downtown- the Duece.

I Traveled over 1800 miles only to be turned away and accused of being a local. I realized i misplaced my id when first checked in. I left for 10 minutes and when i found it i returned but the receptionist said he didnt care i had an out of state ID he didnt believe i wasnt local because i didnt bring enough luggage for only a 2 night stay. I showed him my boarding pass from Chicago that morning and he didnt care. I had to cancel my entire vacation and spend over 150$ for a flight home. I stayed at the Bungalow hostel next door last year and they were much more professional.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Gated entry and gated parking right off the strip close to downtown.
