Room was nice and clean, handy location with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. brilliant for a short stay

Muy buena ubicación

The only redeeming feature of this property was the excellent location. The room we had was very, very small with no fridge, no safe and no television. The bathroom was minuscule with the toilet only 20 cm from the wall (toilet facing the wall) making it quite awkward to use and manoeuvre past to get to the shower. The check in system is very strict and we had to wait outside the property for 40 minutes with our luggage prior to getting access to our room. Our room only had one small hand towel on the bed and we had to track the cleaner down to get two bath towels. The room is very noisy and we were woken up at 1.30 a.m. from noisy guests arriving home and being very loud in the common corridor. The curtains are not effective and let light into the room very early. The pizza shop below the hotel is also quite loud with pizza customers congregating on the footpath and talking loudly right outside our window late into the night. The virtual reception was difficult to access and when we asked for them to book a taxi to take us to the airport, they said they would email us a taxi service phone number which they did. We tried the number which was a private number and not a taxi service. We paid quite a bit for this room and we would not return as there are much better options available. We are very well travelled and don’t normally leave reviews but our experience with this property prompted us to leave a review. Would not recommend.

We had arrived a bit earlier than expected, we understand rooms are not always ready but we did hope there was some luggage storage opportunities, there wasn't. The room was fine, the window faced an interior space/chute - natural light is only available once you leave the building or have a room at one end of the guest house. The location was great, 5 min walk to the water, plenty of bars, restaurants at your finger tips. Room & bathroom was very clean, walls are bit thin, but depending on what you are doing in the city, its a place to rest your head.

The website said the rooms had air con, but when we arrived the air con did not work, we contacted the people who said they would send some one out to repair, we had to call back many hours later as no one came to be then told no one is working on Saturdays. Then to be told the room we choose did not have air con. It was 34 degrees outside, so we did not sleep well either nights as so uncomfortably hot. The noise outside was horrendous too, because we had to have the windows open

Det pågick ett arbete med fasaden, hade varit fint om man hade berättat detta då byggarbetet började lite tidigare på morgonen (innan vi vaknade) Toaletten var extremt litet, man fick inte plats med benen när man satt på toastolen!!! Rent och för övrigt ett fint ställe, låg perfekt.

Buena opción de alojamiento para dormir. No tiene lujos, pero la cama es buena, la ducha es excelente, wifi y aire acondicionado. A pasos de la Playa de la Concha y la Parte Vieja. Al ser un edificio antiguo reciclado, es un tanto ruidoso por los portazos de los huéspedes que a veces olvidan que no están solos. En conclusión, opción aceptable para pernoctar y bien ubicado.

Nuestra estadía fue de 2 días, el alojamiento fue perfecto, nada para reprochar ni reclamar, 100 % recomendable

Hôtel très très mal isolé on entend les voisins de chambres comme les gens dans la rue. Ne correspondait pas à ce qu'on a pu voir sur les photos. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Des vis ressortais du carrelage dans la douche plein de rouille et j'en passe. Très déçus de l'hébergement.

Nice place to stay would stay here again

God service fra personalet, der hjalp med at lukke mig ind. Pænt og rent værelse. Udsigt til gaden. Til prisen var det meget fint!

I had to wait for the codes to access the room and there was nobody to speak to you. Parking was difficult. The location is very good.

Bed was not that comfortable

Estancia aceptable para 1 día. El personal atento. Limpieza correcta pero no al detalle. Faltaba una segunda almohada, una televisión y alguna percha en la zona de la ventana para ir secando la toalla de uso en uso ya que el baño es interior.

Chambre très petite : tout juste de quoi faire le tour du lit. Carreaux de la fenêtre recouverts d'un filtre opaque cachant la "vue" sur un conduit intérieur sombre et sale : aucune vue sur l'extérieur ! Rideau non occultant : on est réveillé en pleine nuit par la lumière des chambres voisines ! Aucune place pour laisser ouverte une valise, quasiment aucun support et pas de chaise pour accrocher ses vêtements ou serviettes de plage. Le ménage n'est fait que si on le demande. Oppressant et vraiment pas bon marché, à éviter !!

Great accomodation, and very well priced!

La chambre proposée par le Marisol était belle, propre et préparée avec soin. Rapport qualité prix assez bon. Situé dans un quartier proche de la plage et au calme. Toutefois attention car il faut disposer de l'application Snapchat sinon on ne peut pas recevoir les codes d'accès, et il n'y a pas de réception. Le service est donc perfectible. La ventilation dans la salle de bain est assez bruyante et plutôt gênante.

Court séjour d'une nuit,mais chambre très agréable, grand lit très confortable,chambre propre. L'accès à la chambre est sécurisée. Seul petit hic,la chambre donne sur la rue.
