Everything was perfect and the staff were incredible, delicious breakfast, awesome laundry service and beautiful pool. A nice hotel in a calm and peaceful neighborhood.

Great service

Service.I make a food order and it should dropped at the service desk.when I saw the food delivered ,I call service desk.I call the delivery company and I told them the order not received . So,I make another order and I have to wait each time around hour. Next day morning ,when I am checking out ,I saw my order sitting on a table behind the desk.I told this my undelivered order. No apology nothing.as nothing happen.

Pictures are great but reality is worse. Its your average motel in the States. The fridge was warm, the AC was not blowing cold. It would blow cold for about a minute before it started blowing hot air. I told reception and they treated me like I didn’t know how to work a wall mounted AC. I decided to turn it off and maybe open a window. Worst mistake I made as I got many mosquito bites. There is a lack of outlets especially near nightstands. Breakfast is lowkey expensive. The hair dryer does not work, at least mine didnt. The location is for anyone who wants to live in some gated community far away from Nasr city and Cairo. When I was ubering back late at night they didnt let my Uber driver past the first gate, so I ended up walking from the gate to the hotel (15-20min walk). I hated that aspect about it. New Cairo is some rich people area and takes away from the experience of actual Cairo. Like I said its very far from everything as well. If I were to go again I would get a hotel in Nasr City

Everything about this hotel - room, staff, options of food, service, and location - is beyond my expectations. I am more than happy with this hotel, and will definitely Highly recommend it to my friends

The staff were helpful and nice. Room looks classic and very clean, had very refreshing hot shower without any problems. The breakfast was served in buffet style from 8:30 am. The location was farer away than we thought from the airport, like 28 minutes taxi ride, and quite far away from the center of Cairo city about 40 minutes ride.
