酒店在宁波高新区，交通方便，周边很安静，酒店门口就有个湖，适合早上散散步。 房间大设施不错，感谢升级成套房，洲际至悦会员还送了饮料券，前台服务很好 下次去宁波还会选择住这里，大气高级

很棒的酒店

很大且氣派的一間酒店, 但前台人員的素質與配置不如國內一家三星酒店, 辦理入住的人已大排長龍, 還是只有兩位人員辦理入住登記, 退房也一樣糟糕, 需要花近二十分鐘才能完成手續... 很誇張! 入住期間有在其中餐廳用餐招待客人, 服務與菜色是都還行, 但服務人員數量與經驗明顯不足... 感覺這酒店因為不在寧波市區, 也許生意沒那麼好, 所以人力上做了很大的精簡... 對於一間五星酒店, 我個人認為這是不合格的服務!

硬體設備優，食材不新鮮、尤其日本生泠食品！糟糕透頂！房間地毯，走廊異味。

酒店的地理位置有些偏，周边基础设施还不完善，非开车出行不太方便。但酒店内部的环境、设施都挺好的，房间干净整洁，服务热情周到，早餐也很丰富，值得再次入住。此外，希望mini bar可以增加些售卖的零食。

這次住宿的經驗非常不佳。之前來寧波一直是住洲際，感覺也不錯，但這次不但住的房間漏水，有霉味(1119)，要求換房間時，服務人員態度頗差，還一直訓話說房卡不該亂換(實際上是入住時，服務人員未唱名，隨便亂給)。吃早餐時，優格瓶上面還有一些小蚊子，餐廳內也有蚊子與蒼蠅，印象實在糟透了。希望能加以改進。

出差入住，酒店设施很不错，健身房器械很好，早餐很丰盛，服务员很热情主动。下次还会入住。

Not knowing the rating is so low but i am ok for overall services. We entertain our foreign and Chinese customers in the restaurant and all feels happy about the food and drinks. Except the location is far from down town and train station, i think this is in regular standard of intetcontinential one.

Will rate it as a 3 stars hotel, poorly maintained and the buffets are terrible

I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel.
