Due to the property's phones "being down" for multiple days, we were unable to contact anyone ahead of our reservation with questions. They did not respond to multiple attempts to message them through Expedia. The front desk woman was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. My family was not able to check in to the hotel. The front desk woman offered no options or help for our issues or concerns. She refused to speak to me through a cell phone that was offered. When I arrived in person, the staff member repeatedly stated that because we booked through Expedia, she could do nothing for us. It was a horrible interaction and I hope no one else needs to experience that kind of customer service. I am a Hilton Honors reward member and was still treated this way. I paid for the hotel room in full and was never allowed to check in. If you're looking to book a hotel in the area through Expedia or a third party website, do NOT book this Hampton Inn. You will likely be treated very poorly.
