Wonderful service with delightful people. The front desk receptionist really helps a lot!

There were cookie crumbs all over the couch cushions and the A/C in the living room did not work.

We thought the breakfast buffet could have used individual milk and juice or a machine. For the cost f the stay and create cross contamination issues, it should not be a container of milk and juice that each person pours out of

Our only complaint is the fact that a night light was installed at the entry to the toilet. This came on automatically when it got dark. As far as we could tell, there was no way to switch this off. We like a dark room to sleep. This bright night light made that difficult.

Nice room. Very clean. Only complaint would be that the heavier curtains don't close all the way and the room stays very bright at night. There is also a strong vibration coming from somewhere and you can not only hear it, but actually feel it through the floor and walls- might be the AC system. It is also very close to the freeway and while that is very convenient, there is quite a bit of traffic noise all night long. It has the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. There's an ice cream shop right across the street, which is fun. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. The fitness center is nice.

Great location right off 77. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Way above average hot breakfast!

The room was nice and comfortable and we loved having a full size refrigerator and the kitchen.

I cannot say enough how friendly the staff was at this location. On our first night, I believe her name was Jasmine working the front desk...she was so sweet in helping with a silly tv remote issue and just making our check in smooth. From there, ALL the staff acknowledged us as we were coming and going. Our one complaint: the pool was freezing!
