Our check in was great and the staff was very polite and accommodating. We did not check in until right around 10:30 pm and we checked out at approximately 11:30pm. We were just settling down after a 9 hour drive and was getting ready to shut off the lights and get some sleep when a very large cockroach climbed onto the the bed and was headed straight towards my wife’s face. She slapped it away from her and it ran across the floor and quickly went behind the mini fridge. We jumped up and was gathering our things when another one ran across the floor towards the air conditioner. Luckily I had already put on my shoes and I was able to step on it. We quickly got out of the room and went to the lobby to tell the hotel staff what had just happened and we would not be staying there any longer. The staff members response was oh it’s a Palmetto bug not a cockroach. They are the exact same thing. They did offer to move us to a different room but where there is one there are bound to be a lot more. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

The front desk and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Sadly we never got a visit from housekeeping and had to ask the front desk for towels. I would stay here again though.

Great hotel! Every interaction we had with the staff was friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Their high hospitality rating is well deserved.

The room on the highway side of the building was a bit noisy.

Lovely lobby, friendly staff, good breakfast (eggs, potatoes, biscuits, fruit, pastries). Walls are a little thin. They had a nice snack and drink market in the lobby. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay there again.
