Front desk taffs need to learn to be courteous and well mannered. It was raining when I arrived to check in and to my disappointment, there is no sheltered porch for guests to park temporarily to unload luggage and for passengers to get down. We were all wet. This is unacceptable of a hotel. Facilities available are very basic, but drinking water and toothbrushes are provided. Bed and mattress are comfortable.
