Everything was outstanding! Let's first start with the condo itself. It had a refrigerator microwave dishes shower with hot running water if you choose, a small living room with couch and a TV and a table the bedroom at a queen size bed the mattress was terrific the pillows were all so terrific and it also had a little mini space works station or a place for your female companion to put her makeup on. It was very quiet and I would definitely come back again. Getting around is easy texas are very reasonable we took our taxi just about everywhere from the mall to eating out and it's usually ran 200 to 300 pesos and no more than that. It's a great place to stay affordable Clean safe it's worth your while to stay here!

I think the security guards need proper orientation on how to assist visitors especially first timers like me. I like that the unit is like my own little home, small but good floor plan. Thank you for the complementary daily coffee, electric iron, hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. The main bed is well prepared with clean sheets and all. But the floor bed has no cover at all. We requested through text messages but apparently the texts were not read until the next day so the issue was not addressed. The water temperature fluctuated from lukewarm to cold. The property is best suited for people with their own cars since it is far from jeepney lines. If you have no car, you have to hire a taxi in and out of the location.

There was a slight leak on valve next to toilet. It will get worst if not repair. Also the shower head is set to an angle too high. I had to manualy handle shower head. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Kudos to Building Guard who are the first one to greet you with pleasant smiles/ friendly. All the staff are very helpful my room is complete with amenities that we needed for the trip. You guys rock! you all made our stay like Home. We will definitely come back very soon!
