Simply amazing wonderful staff and wonderful food downstairs great location.

Feine frühstück,nettes Personal,kleine aber gemütliche wellness.

Rooms are a little small but location is great as is the breakfast. Beautiful spa with large hot tub sauna and steam room.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel in zentraler Lage mit wunderbar eingerichteten Zimmern und sehr gutem Frühstück. Wir waren gerade das zweite Mal da und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Location was good and bed, bathroom was comfortable. Reception staff lacked any care for their guests or facility. We were stuck in a first floor room where we found the ski lockers all broken. Reservations for restaurants were made only online so they wouldn't call for you (I ended up calling and getting a reservation when they couldn't). They don't really help with understanding the buses, getting your ski equipment, etc. I got injured and they seemed to care less. The breakfast is okay but lacks any warmth from the staff or vegetables. Reception closes at 11 pm.

Very pleasant rooms and bathrooms with nice features. Very comfotable bed and good linen. Spendid terrasse too. In general the staff was pleasent too. The breakfast was good too. Parking is not very far but go to the hotel first to drrop your bags.

It was great. We felt like home. The decoration, environment and hospitability was very good. Special thanks to Paulo she was very kind and interested to us. We will definitely come back next year.
